The food was outstanding. The croc tuna was fresh and flavorful, perfectly balanced. The crispy rice had the ideal crunch and richness. Every roll we tried was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. You can truly tell the quality of the ingredients.

And the matcha tres leches dessert… absolutely delicious. The perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.

But you can’t go wrong with any of them. It has a romantic ambiance, the interior is modern and sleek. And the fact that they make the hand rolls in front of you, creates a great face to face interaction with the chef and the service is amazing. I especially want to shout out the hostesses, Jas and Genesis, who were both incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made check-in smooth, answered our questions patiently, and just had really kind, positive energy that set a great tone for the night.

The only downside was an interaction with the manager, Josh, who came across as a bit passive aggressive when we asked about a menu item. It wasn’t anything dramatic, but his tone felt slightly dismissive and it stood out compared to how warm the rest of the staff was.

“The atmosphere was gorgeous. They also have an outdoor patio area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the setup and how it works to order what is right for you. And the food... was not what I imagined at all. It was AMAZING! And beautifully arranged. Every veggie and seafood item was very fresh! I give 5 of 5 stars. I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%.
