The food was outstanding. The croc tuna was fresh and flavorful, perfectly balanced. The crispy rice had the ideal crunch and richness. Every roll we tried was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. You can truly tell the quality of the ingredients.

And the matcha tres leches dessert… absolutely delicious. The perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.

Everything was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.“

“Jonathan helped out so much, my girlfriend got a wrong order on her tuna she wanted the soy and got spicy. Instead of making a big deal out of it he just gave us the messed up order and redid the entire meal. 5 star customer service and the food was great too.“

The place is comfy, music is great, and wall art? Heck yeah. Spirited Away on the walls? That’s how you know it’s about to be good. But in all seriousness, the sushi and other entrees are great. And the food... was not what I imagined at all. It was AMAZING! And beautifully arranged. Every veggie and seafood item was very fresh! I give 5 of 5 stars. I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. “This place is amazing. I am a sushi lover by heart, and the rice they make for the hand rolls is beyond amazing. The fish is very fresh. My favorite is the Toro hand rolls. But you can’t go wrong with any of them. It has a romantic ambiance, the interior is modern and sleek. And the fact that they make the hand rolls in front of you, creates a great face to face interaction with the chef and the service is amazing. I highly recommend this place if you love sushi and want a nice night out with your partner. Groups also welcome!“

“Incredible! Food, service, vibes. Our family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 7) dined tonight after a long day at Epic. We were in town for our son’s 10th bday which is also the day before our anniversary. When they learned this, they went ALL out to say the least, so kind. Beyond that, the food was awesome and service from Abi next level greet. Yes, you’re at a theme park hotel so it’s not cheap but well worth it!“

“Is neat that they have a sushi bar at the hotel and it generally has an open seat even though they only have few. The food tasted fresh and it was good enough for a quick bite or craving if you don’t want to go out that night.
I dined there 2 nights and both night the chef seemed flustered, no eye contact or interaction, no pleasantries, there was a waitress that came to ask for drinks and orders and she gave them to the chef. The drink menu was limited, no Sapporo’s or Asahi’s
And I guess funny to me that they had catchup, mayo and mustard for sushi condiments.“

On our last visit, I ordered one of the special meals that came with spring rolls. We completely forgot about them when we received our food and sat down.
