Sarku Japan at West Oaks Mall in Ocoee is a fantastic spot for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts! During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and taste of their signature Chicken Teriyaki plate.The Chicken Teriyaki plate was outstanding! The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection, generously coated in a delightful teriyaki glaze. The food okay as always. Nothing to write home about. Service was super slow on a Sunday. I felt they should of had more people working the line so it could move a little bit quicker. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful as usual.

I’ve been going here since ‘07 when the price was $6~. Recently the price increased to $10~ for teriyaki chicken (with noodles + veg + tax), the food amount is almost the same, but I noticed the noodles was over cooked and had a lingering oil taste (maybe left out too long?). The sauce is probably diluted way too much cuz it’s not as flavorful. But it’s nostalgia so I’ll probably be back. Hopefully when this whole mess is over, the quality will go back to the way...read full review
