“It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.“

“We got a barbecue combo for two, and the food was delicious, and quick to make. Since we had never cooked these specific meats before the waiter volunteered to help us make sure everything was ready and even showed us a couple of different ways to cut the meat to get different kinds of flavor from the short ribs. Overall the service was good, fast, and very helpful. Will definitely return. And the barbecue is definitely a little pricey but they give very generous portions, and you can take whatever you don’t eat home, so it’s more than worth the price. I told the cashier it was my first time there, she didn’t at all bother to explain to me how the menu worked, the menu is overwhelming but the point of her is to assist customers, she stocked, chatted with other employees and pressed buttons on the computer as I ordered. Customer service? Zero.

I also asked her because I noticed that they charge more with card than they do with cash, and I asked her how much more do you guys charge with card? And she answered
“it’s not a lot, like 70 cents”
and I said
“it’s a percentage per dollar, I’m looking for a percent”
The manager/owner was next to me and I asked “are you the owner?” And asked her.
The answer is 3%.

Just in case bring cash so you can pay less, and not support those corporations take charge more.

“Great atmosphere, great service, great food! Beautiful interior with very attentive service! We had the porkbelly bao buns which were delicious! My mom had the baka fried rice which almost had more meat than rice and tasted great. I had the ribs which were tender and yummy - they came with crispy fries that were perfectly seasoned and we got a side of well seasoned roasted potatoes. All in all, everything was good, the atmosphere was slightly upscale without being stuffy and out waiter made excellent recommendations. We will be back!“

It comes with amazingly seasoned chicken fried rice and the flavor is so consistent you don’t want to stop eating and the donuts fresh to order and they are amazing. I do love eggrolls however I’m not a fan of their egg rolls but everything else was so delicious the lemonade complimented the food very well“

The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. “This weekend, we enjoyed our experience once again. Great ambiance and timely service. This time, our lunch was good…albeit didn’t have the same explosive (high caliber) flavor as we’ve known - we’ve eaten here well over a dozen times. Perhaps there was a change in chefs this past weekend, or you’re in the middle of hiring a new one..it wasn’t exactly the same.
