“It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.“

“We had such a great experience last night! We came in for our anniversary dinner and decided to try the Magical Dining menu. The service was amazing from the moment we walked in. Everyone was super attentive, and I loved that all of the servers seemed to help out with every table. Empty plates and glasses were cleared right away and we never felt like we were waiting around for anything.

We had the Old Fashioned and Dirty Martini and both were perfect. Everything we ate was delicious, but the quality of the fish really stood out, it was easily a 10/10. The Wagyu carpaccio was probably one of our favorites and was seriously to die for.

Overall, we had an amazing anniversary dinner and really enjoyed everything we tried. We’ll definitely be back!“

My wife and I split the combo 2 (short rib, brisket, and beef bugolgi) and some pork mandu. I told the cashier it was my first time there, she didn’t at all bother to explain to me how the menu worked, the menu is overwhelming but the point of her is to assist customers, she stocked, chatted with other employees and pressed buttons on the computer as I ordered. Customer service? Zero.

I also asked her because I noticed that they charge more with card than they do with cash, and I asked her how much more do you guys charge with card? And she answered
“it’s not a lot, like 70 cents”
and I said
“it’s a percentage per dollar, I’m looking for a percent”
The manager/owner was next to me and I asked “are you the owner?” And asked her.
The answer is 3%.

Just in case bring cash so you can pay less, and not support those corporations take charge more.

This time, our lunch was good…albeit didn’t have the same explosive (high caliber) flavor as we’ve known - we’ve eaten here well over a dozen times. The ginger dressing on the salad was a surprise, was creamy not the typical ginger dressing which I prefer. My hubby had the veggie spring rolls, they had a little heat to them. Our 2nd course was half thai chicken and hubby had the Mongolian beef, both were good but we liked the desserts the best, ubae flan was creamy and delicious, and the upside down apple cake with ice cream was a big hit with my husband!
