We tried their famous Goat Hotpot today and were not disappointed. There is alot of goat meat, vegetables and noodles in a savory broth. Will come back again.

Saigon Noodle and Bistro (Goat Hot Pot - Lẩu Dê) is a great contemporary Vietnamese spot in the heart of the Milk District. The interior is warm, cozy, and beautifully designed, feeling like stepping into Vietnam. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and fresh, as if cleaned with lemon and a touch of ginger. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive, with a young owner couple who are resourceful, friendly, and sweet. The food is authentic, the chefs kiss, and very special and delicious. Must try the skin on goat hot pot with no gamey smell or taste at all. The pan fry and fried quail are also delicious. Starters include crispy chicken dumplings, fried dumplings, egg rolls, and fresh shrimp rolls. Mains include Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), which is heaven on a dish with rich, flavorful, tender beef. The Sautéed Cubed Beef “Shaking Beef” (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc) over white rice is highly recommended with garlic butter sauce. The Orange Chicken is the best in town, boneless, fried perfectly with authentic sweet orange sauce. The combo pad Thai, grilled pork with a spring roll, and pho bo and tom yum are rich and comforting. Portions are generous. The lunch special includes an appetizer, entrée, and drink for less than $14, with fantastic crab rangoon and shrimp pad thai.
