We started with the kimchi wings and they were big, crunchy, buttery and so flavorful! A great appetizer to share.The Tokyo ramen has a rich and delicate flavour and the noodles tasted fresh and tender. The Bolognese seemed like an unconventional choice but it was tasty and full of complex flavours. The only downside was the curry ramen which, although tasty, was pretty spicy seeing as we ordered the mild. Medium and hot must not be for the faint of heart! Everything we ordered was good value as well. We did not leave hungry!My only other minor complaint was the air conditioning being very strong. “Great place for fast casual Asian food. They have a variety of options, and their food is wok-fired fresh after you order. They also have the option to substitute Tofu for most of their dishes, which I appreciate. Their service is always fantastic, though sometimes the wait can be a bit long for the food when they’re busy. When ordering ahead, it’s difficult to plan how far in advance to order because sometimes the food is ready in 10 min, other times it takes 45 (and you don’t want your food sitting, or it loses it’s crispness). For this reason, I am removing a star.“
“Our congenial host/server was Johnny, who has a huge, pleasant and helpful demeanor. He had some recommendations on what he thought we enjoy and he was spot on. My brother got the pork broth for his soup while I got kimchi. We got wonderful proteins and veggies for both hot pot and KBBQ. We also got quite a lot of sushi, sashimi and other meal makings such as lettuce, onion, pepper, kimchi, and edamame. They had the largest selection of proteins I have seen on a self serve bar or even in restaurants where it’s not self serve. I think the only place o have seen more protein selections is Gyu Kaku (which is not really the sake category restaurant). We had wine, we have boba, we had water. We ate, we drank, we enjoyed.“

“Great place for sushi and other dishes. We went on a Saturday night and it was full but they had room at the bar and that is where we sat. From the bar had a nice view of all the sushi being prepared and has room for many plates. We ordered two rolls and two dishes. Everything was great from the food to the service and the inside dining decor. We all enjoyed sharing and trying new tasty treats here. I orders the chicken skewer twice - it was so good and juicy. With a fun potato twister, can’t go wrong. “I didn't know we even had this this in Altamonte Springs. It will definitely be considered one of my regular locations. I got to try their lunch combo with pad see ew. It was tantalizing to look at once it was placed in front of me. I ended up eating right away with the added chili powder they offered. It was delicious with chicken. The soup, salad, and spring roll were perfectly made. They all had the perfect flavor, and that soup was a surprise. The service was awesome and friendly. Our server explained some of the dishes to me in detail. The inside was nice and relaxing. The decor was really homey and perfect to create a relaxed feel. It gets busy around lunchtime, so definitely plan accordingly. See you guys again.“
