I initially was a bit hesitant to the idea of a revolving sushi bar, mainly due to concerns about freshness etc. At Kura, the fish always tastes fresh and prices are fair. I personally go for the nigiri, and with no filler ingredients like cream cheese or avocado, it’s hard to cover up low quality fish. Every piece I’ve ever had here has been great.
