I am a server, and Juliana was running the front of house almost completely solo. She was hosting, bussing, and food running, ON TOP OF BEING THE ONLY SERVER ON THE FLOOR! The fact that this restaurant offers an “all you can eat” option, means that she was running exponentially more food than a typical server would have to, and taking many more orders! She was outstanding!! Food was delicious as well, but we would come back just for Juliana!!! <3 10 out of 10!!!
This was our first time here, and we had an amazing experience! We chose the Premium Experience and decided to let Juliana pick everything for us l and she absolutely nailed it.
Every dish she selected was delicious, beautifully prepared, and incredibly fresh. Juliana also took the time to explain every dish as it was served, including the ingredients and what made each one special, which made our first experience even more enjoyable.
