The fish is definitely not sushi grade, it's grocery store fish served raw and you can taste it. The rice for nigiri is also NOT SUSHI GRADE. Very disappointing experience. Rule #1 if they serve their sushi ? as an "All You Can Eat" special, then is from from the super market. Nothing authentic about it and it tastes bad. ?

On Thursday it was my birthday and I decided to celebrate at American Japan in Kissimmee as I had already celebrated my wedding anniversary before and the experience was great, but this time the disappointment was huge, there were 15 of us and everyone left hungry, the dishes taking a long time and when it came in super small quantities without any presentation about what we were sold, it would be an experience. The girls who served us, poor things, did the impossible, they managed at 30, they were congratulations but they couldn't supply everyone in the restaurant, they who served took the orders, served, charged and I think they even cooked because it was terrible, I was trying to distract my guests until that we decided to leave really hungry, they didn't have enough staff to meet the demand and what they said about the experience was a horrible experience, I'm very sad because I wasn't the only one who left complaining that day and they lost several customers I'm sure I never want it again this experience.

Last month I was at the restaurant twice and today (my third time) was the best experience between flavor and presentation. Congratulations to the sushi chef. The waitresses and the waiter are super nice, but they can look more at those who are alone (lol) and as today's experience was very good, it deserved 5 stars ?I made a point of editing because I went back to the restaurant last Sunday and this time EVERYTHING was excellent, from the sushi chef who I had already evaluated, to the waiters' service. I went to this restaurant and had a bad experience.First of all the location is not good, when I arrived to the restaurant it was desolate, I even thought it closed.In terms of ambience and decoration, it felt cheap to me I didn’t like the ambience.Now the important part, the food. Well I never got to taste it so I can’t say if the food compensates the previous ?. This is what happened, I went with a group of friends and they got their food but I never got mine, I think the forgot my order so I just left once my friend finished their meal. I think the staff was made of rookie people.
