“Absolutely wonderful, fine dining Italian dinner at Epcot! It’s a gorgeous and classy dining room with incredibly kind and gracious hosts who checked us in and then led us to our table. Gian Marco was our very nice server who took great care of us. We started with good rolls dipped in olive oil, bread sticks, and the fried calimari appetizer. The squid rings were the most tender and tastiest we’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife had the Italian “surf and turf”, Mare e Monti, which was a delicious braised beef short rib and lobster ravioli. I had the Salmone, which was a nice piece of grilled salmon served atop mashed potatoes over diced tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies. It was fantastic! We finished this gourmet meal with the tastiest Tiramisu and a Cannolo. The perfect end to a perfect meal. We spoke with Sarah, one of the managers, and she explained that much of the staff are actually from Italy and are working here and gaining experience at a resort style restaurant. They all work together to provide the hospitality and dining experience that must be savored and celebrated!“

This place was a random find for us and we’re so glad we found it! It’s definitely UNDERhyped! The food was great quality, fresh and had flavor. Plus your portions were very generous and the prices weren’t bad at all. A lot of places in the area charge a premium it seems solely based on location and not quality. This place has it all! “Atmosphere & service were great. For dinner, we had the Pot sticker appetizer - delicious. Shrimp tempura roll - outstanding.
Kona-braised short rib & tamarind bbq chicken - amazing.
But the star of the show was the pineapple-coconut bread pudding. Words can't describe the flavors that are in this dessert. The picture of my son was him sitting back and savoring the first bite! Pair it with a cup of kona caffe latte and you get a little slice of disney magic.

P.S. The table next to us had a drink served in a pineapple that they said was a Lapu Lapu. They said it was fantastic. We'll definitely have to give that a try next time.“

Every day we’d come back to our room with clean beds and towels and they’d even set up all of my daughter’s toys and she thought it was the greatest thing ever. Check out was a breeze! They definitely played a very large part in the success of our trip!“

“Customer service is amazing! We had late reservations and the kids were hungry. They let us check in and took us back as soon as they could. Food is delicious. We would eat here again! Best place yet out of all of the parks. We highly recommend!“

“We had a wonderful dinner on Saturday night, and our server, Carmelo, truly made the experience exceptional. He offered excellent menu recommendations, was attentive throughout the meal, and stayed on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. His friendly, professional service really stood out and made our evening enjoyable.
My only complaint has nothing to do with the service. The restaurant felt much more crowded and stuffy than on previous visits, and the tables seemed to be placed much closer together, which made the atmosphere feel less comfortable and a bit noisy. Also in the past I could bring in my son's stroller, this time I wasn't allowed. This was a huge inconvenience as my son wasn't able to lay down when he had fallen asleep.

Overall, we'd definitely return, especially knowing we'd be in such great hands with Carmelo!“

“Chef Kim is AMAZING. She took care of my breakfast every morning we stayed at Ft Wilderness. I have allergies to gluten, wheat, tree nuts, portobello mushrooms, and bell pepper/paprika.
