“On vacation from the UK, went to First Watch in Fort Lauderdale 5 years ago and loved the Breakfast so when I returned to the USA after 5 years just had to look them up in Orlando, in smell as I walked in was amazing! Nothings changed, great Breakfast and Great Service, I’ll be back this week!“

“Osteria is really an excellent restaurant. To me, excellent cuisine is all about the flavor. And the combination of flavors, yet without compromising the distinct flavors of the herbs and spices used, is a highpoint of this establishment. Today, for lunch, we enjoyed the tomato basil and cream of mushroom soups. The tomato basil was hearty and impeccably seasoned. The cream of mushroom was not overly rich and chock full of mushrooms--incredible. The soups, paired with the Osteria house salad made for a perfect lunch. Our sons opted for the classic Margherita pizza. Their comment, "to die for!" Finally, I will not patronize a place if they act as though I am doing them a favor by patronizing their restaurant (or whatever). Quite the opposite at Osteria. From the owner, Steve (who we met 2 years ago, to the wait associate (Kevin) today, all are both gracious as well as exceedingly responsive to any request. If you wish a delicious meal, within the context of a casual, albeit very nice setting, Osteria is worthy of consideration. This has and will remain a go-to destination for our family whenever visiting Reunion Resort and the Champions Gate area!“

Grazi and Luana were absolutely perfect, Ronan was also so kind and helpful. There was also a very kind man bringing us the grillades. We had plenty of tasteful food, plenty of smiles and lovely people helping us. The staff is polite and attentive, working together to provide a wonderful eating experience. “We are from Lakeland and always drive up here to enjoy the food and atmosphere. Our waiter Moe this evening was very nice and Ethan, the host, was also kind and great to talk to. The food here is delicious and the people are nice. We got the 4 for $40 deal which is an amazing promotion going on for the summer. I highly recommend this place! Shoutout to both Moe and Ethan! Definitely tell Moe I say dankje, which is thank you in Dutch. We will be back soon.“

“Absolutely wonderful, fine dining Italian dinner at Epcot! It’s a gorgeous and classy dining room with incredibly kind and gracious hosts who checked us in and then led us to our table. Gian Marco was our very nice server who took great care of us. We started with good rolls dipped in olive oil, bread sticks, and the fried calimari appetizer. The squid rings were the most tender and tastiest we’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife had the Italian “surf and turf”, Mare e Monti, which was a delicious braised beef short rib and lobster ravioli. I had the Salmone, which was a nice piece of grilled salmon served atop mashed potatoes over diced tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies. It was fantastic! We finished this gourmet meal with the tastiest Tiramisu and a Cannolo. The perfect end to a perfect meal. We spoke with Sarah, one of the managers, and she explained that much of the staff are actually from Italy and are working here and gaining experience at a resort style restaurant. They all work together to provide the hospitality and dining experience that must be savored and celebrated!“

“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

“Big rave to this restaurant. An honest mistake was made and a few items were missing from our Uber Eats delivery. I contacted the restaurant and they immediately admitted to the error. Their asst manager personally drove the missing items directly to our hotel and even threw in some free dessert! They went over and above to quickly address and fix the issues! Would highly recommend them and the food was great.“

Thank you to Dakota (our server) and Chef David for taking care of me with my allergies (bell pepper, treenut, Celiac). They both went above and beyond! Chef David came to the table to discuss my options. Even the hostess asked if anyone in our party had allergies right when we walked in. I was very impressed and had a wonderful meal. The artisanal salad was yummy and much larger than I expected. The Saganaki itself is gf and can be served with gf crackers. And of course, the wine list will blow you away. “Overall, my experience at this IHOP location was very good. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

However, I am giving this location only one star because of a serious cleanliness issue with the utensils. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but I found a large piece of what appeared to be caramel residue stuck on the serrated edge of my knife. Other utensils were also very greasy, and some areas felt sticky to the touch.

This is a serious concern because clean utensils are one of the most basic requirements for any restaurant. Even though the waitresses provided great service, dirty tableware can negatively affect the entire dining experience and raises concerns about hygiene standards.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for all utensils. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent service, but the restaurant’s cleanliness standards need immediate attention.“

Three generations of our family has now enjoyed dining at Charley’s.“
