Restaurant looked not too clean for being breakfast, food and service were good
Overall, my experience at this IHOP location was very good. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.
However, I am giving this location only one star because of a serious cleanliness issue with the utensils. Hits the spot for breakfast or brunch ( when we oversleep) Great staff who are very friendly.
