Although extremely busy with so much foot traffic. They handled things so well in my opinion. Even the way they handled some impatient customers was so well. It was almost chaotic. I had a large detailed order & asked for additional things. I was so pleased! Great job to this team.
Unlike other Popeye's, this two-story building with large windows has a lovely restaurant-like atmosphere. My husband loves Popeye's, so we stopped by one evening during our trip. However, due to a broken cash register and disorganized staff, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes. We originally planned to get takeout quickly, but we felt we should have gone to another restaurant instead. The food was fresh but the service was VERY slow. We was one car ahead of us in the drive-thru and it took approximately 20 minutes to even order. Then when we got to the window about another 5 minutes before we got our food and were on our way. The worker at the drive thru was nice, not very friendly, but the food was really fresh and tasty.
