Friendly staff this GM handles business !!! Love this location
I’ve had consistently great experiences at this McDonald’s. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and provides solid customer service every time I visit.
Today, I especially want to recognize the manager, Alan, who truly went above and beyond. I was having difficulty standing and wasn’t familiar with how to use the kiosk, and instead of passing me off to another employee, he personally stepped in to help me place my order. McDonald's is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. Some customers have expressed disappointment with the new system, stating that the customer service is terrible and chaotic. They report that staff members are busy delivering orders and ignore customers' requests for simple things like ketchup, leading to frustration and a lack of welcoming atmosphere. However, others have had a more positive experience. They praise the restaurant's modern touch-screen ordering system and appreciate the convenience of having orders brought to their tables. The food is described as fresh and tasty, and some customers have been impressed by the staff's kindness and attentiveness. Many reviewers mention that the restaurant is busy, especially in the evenings, and that paying with cash can be complicated since it is cashless and requires waiting for an order slip. Despite these issues, customers note that the location is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly. One highlight is the soda, which was praised as the best in Orlando, tasting consistent and just like back home, in contrast to other places where drinks tasted watered down or flat. The food overall is seen as reliable and consistent, with McDonald's making up for any lack of innovation with its familiar taste and quality. However, the iced vanilla coffee was disliked, tasting like black coffee with ice, and the process for paying with cash was inconvenient.
