“Overall, my experience at this IHOP location was very good. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitresses were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.
However, I am giving this location only one star because of a serious cleanliness issue with the utensils. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but I found a large piece of what appeared to be caramel residue stuck on the serrated edge of my knife. Other utensils were also very greasy, and some areas felt sticky to the touch.
This is a serious concern because clean utensils are one of the most basic requirements for any restaurant. Even though the waitresses provided great service, dirty tableware can negatively affect the entire dining experience and raises concerns about hygiene standards.
I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for all utensils. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent service, but the restaurant’s cleanliness standards need immediate attention.“

“Kevin was our server. He was super friendly and very attentive. He didn't forget anything right down to the lemon in our water. Honestly I feel like he's too good for Applebee's. Thanks so much Kevin we recognized your superior service. (Kevin long black curly hair ponytail)“

“Davina was an excellent waitress at the IHOP in Kissimmee, located in front of the Comfort Inn hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. When visiting from Virginia, we asked about the local sites and places. Davina answered with a smile . This IHOP is one of the most friendly ones I have ever visited. I would give it 5+ stars had they been available. If you stop there on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening, Davina would be happy to serve you.

“Great bar. The bartender Christine at nights is a total buzz kill. Only go befor 7pm and Thursdays through Saturday. She is very rude and miserable. Everything else about the bar is great!“

“This was my first visit here since I was a kid and even tho the app glitched out on us as we were trying to order, brandy and the manger was there to the rescue during the process with a team of employees ready with a smile behind them, in a very clean kitchen. This will be my go to store for now own even though I'm coming from Saint Petersburg,FL to visit. Thank you store #140023 for making my visit just as awesome and memorable as my first time.“

“Love this location of 5 guys, whether it's early in the day or 10 minutes before closing the food is consistently good. Reese is an incredible asset to the company. Friendly, great customer service exactly what you want when eating out. Some say it's pricier than other places but it's really not the much more but it is well worth it!“

“Fue nuestra primera vez que visitamos el lugar y fue una experiencia muy muy buena. El lugar estaba lleno pero aún así no tuvimos que esperar tanto tiempo. Los pepitos de pollo a la parilla y pernil estaban exquisitos y sin dejar los deditos de queso fabulosossss. Se los recomiendo si buscas un lugar para comer riquísimo y grandes cantidades. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟y la joven que nos atendió venezolana muy amable y súper atenta.“

“The staff were amazing and very attentive, and patient, especially with me coming in with a group of three teen boys that couldn't make up their minds about what they wanted to order.
The burgers were amazing and cooked on the spot. They were juicy, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right!
We came down for a vacation and I am so happy that we stopped by. The amazing burgers and fries cured my hangriness that I had.. I definitely walked out feeling alot better than I did when I walked in and placed my order.
I will definitely eat here again! I really want to thank the woman that took our order, she went above and beyond, and she was very friendly and showed excellent customer service.“

“I went to eat with my mom here (September 11, 2026) I liked the price of the food since we bought several things for both of us and it didn't come out expensive. The food was delicious and the Oreo shake with M&M is the best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant and there was also a girl who made sure everything was fine. I will definitely eat here again.“

“In town visiting Orlando for the national dance competition and happened to stumble across the world of food trucks. It is hard to stand out with over 100 trucks, but Ternerita Burger definitely does. We got the pepitos and burgers with the special sauce they load it up with meat to the point you need a fork after you're done with the sandwich. The drinks are cold the service is amazing! Special shout-out to Marco who took care of us! Find this truck it's worth it!“
