“Ngl my order got canceled in the app and I was starving so I had to reorder, went through drive thru and reordered and idk how but associate knew it was my order that was canceled and was able to honor discount. Idk how he knew it was my order but aye I appreciate you not just throwing away the food my guy. Idk if you all check this since it’s a large company but the little steps made my night. Hope this makes your day!“

“ok so this has to be the worst burger king ever. ingo and I got two Whopper meals with fries and a drink. I asked for extra lettuce, onions,and mayo. and this isn't what I got. my fries are cold 🤢 the people take forever to give us our order. their rude and the food is just nasty.“

“Around 8:30 ish I went to Walmart after work to do some shopping, and when I was done I decided to go to checkers to get some fries for the trip home. Daryl told me that they were about to close and all I asked for was some fries and he was kind enough to take my order.“

“The food has gotten better. The burgers always taste fresh. And the new staff is nicer than the grumpy people who used to work there. But it takes FOREVER to get your food. I waited in the drive-thru the other day for, no lie, almost 30 minutes between waiting to order and getting my meal and there was only one car ahead of me. I'm sure they had customers inside as well, but it should not take that long for fast food. They really need to hire more staff.“

“Once I went to this Wendy's and had a horrible experience with a male employee in the drive thru. I'd stopped ordering at this Wendy's, even though it is very conveniently located for my family.
However, with the $1 Frosty going on right now, we have gone back to take advantage of the special. In those times, personnel have been nice (I haven't seen that particular male I spoke of earlier)and the service has been fast. Yesterday, in particular, we met Cameron. His pleasant and cheerful voice on the speaker actually set the tone before I even got to the window. Our interaction, when I got to the window, was VERY opposite to what stopped me from going to this Wendy's. Cameron's customer service was BEYOND five stars! He was pleasant, he was genuine and he blessed me with his personality. To the admin of this location, please recognize the gem you have in Cameron. If you are in the area, go by and ask for Cameron.
