Said if we didn’t like it “to go home”! Connecting doors inside on both sides! TOTAL RIP-OFF! DON’T RENT HERE!“

Everytime I’m in the Loop, I love to hit up Joe Muggs to see what fun, seasonal drinks they have in store. Their classic and seasonal menus always hit the spot for a nice coffee or frap drink, whether iced or hot. I think people who’ve rated this coffee shop didn’t realize it’s a coffee shop INSIDE a bookstore before they visited it. It’s a nice, cozy corner inside Books-A-Million perfect for an affordable and enjoyable quick drink. There’s a few tables for sitting down if you like, and none of the staff object to bringing your laptop or sitting for a while. The baristas are always so cool and amazing, definitely recommend coming here for a coffee.“

“This is the best Starbucks I’ve been in a long time. The barista was quick and friendly. I don’t have to wait long for my drink or egg bites. As far as I can see, they are staffed the same as most Starbucks, just better trained and more efficient. Store is clean. They had great merchandise options. Variety of cups, most Starbucks have a low inventory. I came back to the Starbucks three days in a row. The service was great each time showing consistency.“
