“I been ordering cakes since 2013. Love the flavors, she always make customer happy with weird designs ( one time I request a shape if a beer from Croatia ) she made it.“

“Unfortunately I will not be back to this Crumbl cookie. A lot of people in the store and a lot of online orders and it appeared only two people were working. I was asked to tip when I made my app order but I didn’t tip because I hadn’t received any service yet. My order was ready through the app and when I walked inside the store, no one made eye contact and no one greeted me. The brown haired petit girl was folding boxes and complete ignored me. I finally said “excuse me miss” and she still didn’t look my way but did respond. $30 cookies (about $5 each) and just no care at all about the customer. My cookies do not look like the photos hopefully they taste good but today I was not impressed“

Got a red velvet cake with strawberry preserves from Lea for my husband’s birthday and it was seriously so good. She was professional and responsive the whole time, and it showed up exactly when she said it would.

The cake looked beautiful and tasted even better. The red velvet was fresh and flavorful, the strawberry preserves were the perfect touch, and the texture was perfect—not dry at all. Portion size was right too, we had plenty without too much left over.

I’d definitely order from her again. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing, Lea’s your person.“

The owner, Cathy, took my inspiration photos and quickly priced out options for me to select from via email. All my questions were answered quickly and delivery was exactly on time. The cake itself was absolutely adorable and delicious - it was even better than the inspiration photos I provided and exceeded my expectations! Got there 5 hours early for a pickup and they had me in a door and loading me within 30 min. and had me loaded in 45 min.
There’s a very steep angle down when you back into the dock. If you have side skirts, they will hit the ground.
One thing I can recommend to them is with the very, very limited space for movement, they really need to keep the parking lot clear in shipping.“

“I like this Fortuna bakery location. It has so many amazing sweets and different kinds of coffee and tea selections. They also have some breakfast options, if you want something heavier to eat. The staff is very friendly too and Daniel made sure I had my coffee exactly the way I wanted it. I'm already a regular and enjoy it here.“
