“I had an exceptional experience ordering a custom cake from Cupcake Hearts for my son’s “Two Wild” birthday. We were from out of state but from start to finish, the process was seamless. The owner, Cathy, took my inspiration photos and quickly priced out options for me to select from via email. All my questions were answered quickly and delivery was exactly on time. The cake itself was absolutely adorable and delicious - it was even better than the inspiration photos I provided and exceeded my expectations! HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a custom cake that not only looks stunning but tastes amazing too! I wish we were local so I could order all my cakes from Cathy!!!“

“I was going to Brenda's cakes. She was closing up to step out for lunch. However, she noticed that I was coming towards the store and she opened up. I came in and another couple then came in. As I was leaving another couple came in. So good customer service brought her good luck.“

“I ordered 175 cupcakes for a corporate event being held in Orlando from Michigan. The staff was amazing at helping me sort out the details and delivered them to our event. The cupcakes were so delicious! 2 days later they were still moist and yummy! I would highly recommend! Great service!“

“This place is an absolute gem 💎 for not only people with severe allergies, but anyone looking for delicious baked goods! The location at Disney Springs also allows for pass holders discounts, and you can also use Disney gift cards there. Win, win!“

“Isadora was the best most accommodating worker I've seen in a while, she greeted our family as we entered the door then proceeded to patiently take our order in Portuguese, the language my family is more comfortable in, explaining whatever we needed clarification on, and checking us out. The most important part of customer service is the energy you bring to the encounter and I can say she has represented this establishment well through her posture. Also really good ice cream“
