“A great Birthday Cake. The white chocolate raspberry and the Sunflower decorations. 👍“

“Reid is the best! Every time I come in, he is so friendly. This is the best coldstone in Orlando. He is very communicative about promotions, as well, which is helpful as a customer. The store is always clean. We always are greeted upon entrance, and the service is quick. I have an icecream parlor connected to my apartment complex, but I come all the way to this Coldstone because this of the wonderful customer experience.“

“The service as well as the cake were perfectly layered. From day one the sweet an savory customer service is but a clip of what’s to come. Without a doubt the attention to detail in every bite“

“I recently purchased some individual Bundt cakes from here, and they were incredibly delicious! Each cake was perfectly moist, absolutely delicious.
Beyond the treats, the store is spotless and inviting. The decor is so nice, bright, and cheerful, making the whole environment feel welcoming and happy the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick, delightful sweet treat!“

“I walked into cold stone today alittle down, but as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who ask how I was doing today that really lifted my spirits. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he asked if I wanted to sample anything and answered all my questions, I ordered the strawberry blonde with extra strawberries and whip cream. Gab made my experience a pleasant one. Great conversation, excellent customer service, great personality. Thank you Gab for putting a smile on my face. You are amazing 10/10“

“Ordered a small vintage wedding cake and it was great! Tasty, simple, and exactly what the couple wanted!! Very professional and trustworthy! Thanks again!“

“Such a great experience at this Cold Stone! Shay was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our visit so enjoyable. The ice cream was delicious, and I was especially excited to see that they offer vegan options! It’s not always easy to find tasty dairy-free treats, so this was such a pleasant surprise. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Shay, for the wonderful service!“

“If you come here, there is worker who's name is like the gem she is: Ruby. This woman is a splendiforous, beautiful worker with the best customer service. When she gave me this ice cream, I could hear a choir of angels singing from betwixt heaven's gates. Tell her I sent you and tell her to do her sacred trick. XOXO an enlightened man.“

“What can I say? These are they best cupcakes in the greater Orlando area. Nay! The best cupcakes in the entire state of Florida! There’s just something about them, they’re perfect. Make you want to slap your momma! The strawberry and key lime are divine. So if you ever make the trip to Apopka you gotta stop by and get some.“

“I went into Cold Stone creamery and I cannot believe the prices for the ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. The customer service was good. The ice cream was even better. But the prices that's insane. I'm thankful that I had a gift card that I obtained through fetch. Because I would definitely not go there to buy ice cream at that price. I think it's an absolute rip-off. I do not recommend going to get ice cream here. You can get a much better deal if you go to Publix. They've got great brands of ice cream and you get twice as much for the price that you're paying and you can even watch out for the two for one deals.“

“Delicious!!! 1st time eating this and was amazing, my family also love it.“
