“This is a belated review, but back in late November of 2022 I had a somewhat last minute request for a custom cake for my husband and his twin sister Sylvia’s 60th Birthday that was on December 4th. It was to be a surprise for them and I wanted it to be extra special. I reached out to Dan and expressed to him my ideas and he accommodated them perfectly and beautifully. The cake was covered with photos of them together through the years. I will never forget how truly special the cake was and what it meant to my husband Ed and his sister Sylvia. What I didn’t express at the time was that my sister-in-law had been recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer and I realized how extra special this Birthday would be. Sadly, we lost her shortly after her 61st Birthday on December 16, 2023. I just want to thank you whole heartedly for being kind and considerate, providing incredible customer service, and of course, for making a very special cake for a very special occasion. “I walked into cold stone today alittle down, but as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who ask how I was doing today that really lifted my spirits. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he asked if I wanted to sample anything and answered all my questions, I ordered the strawberry blonde with extra strawberries and whip cream. Gab made my experience a pleasant one. Great conversation, excellent customer service, great personality. Thank you Gab for putting a smile on my face. You are amazing 10/10“

“I had gone and purchased the same Bundt cake Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The girl at the front on Wednesday and Thursday was so sweet and very welcoming. We laughed about how much I loved the same Bundt cake ( the dove raspberry). Thank you girls for always being so sweet.“

“I received a $5 gift card and tonight was the time for using it. The parking was packed (6pm on a Sunday) so I needed to be patient but once I got a spot, I stepped in and was pleasantly greeted. My order was simple: a Gotta have it (the largest size cup $8.59) of the sweet cream with a serving of blueberries mixed in. The massive ball of sugar and milk was put onto the marble slab, the blueberries went in and then it was all scraped together then served in my requested cup. I started eating it there but it was much larger than expected so I took the rest home. The place was busy with folks walking in to get their sweet tooth sated, families with little ones and adults by themselves. After my $5 gift card was applied it was just $4+ for that huge cup.“
