Finished my workday today and wanted a sweet treat, so Cold Stone was my go-to—and they did not disappoint!

Amber was the associate who helped me, and from the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. What stood out to me was how much her customer service elevated what was otherwise just a quick stop for ice cream.

I literally felt like I had received five-star service at a restaurant, except my “meal” was ice cream. 😂

It’s a good reminder that customer service matters. In a world where people can easily become just another transaction, taking the time to greet someone, smile, be attentive, and genuinely care about their experience makes a difference.

I left with great ice cream, but I also left thinking about how something as simple as excellent service can make a customer want to come back.

“I was on the hunt to find amazing cake for my wedding. I emailed about 25 different vendors in Orlando and I ended up choosing I&M Bakers! I loved the quick communication, the thorough emails (which showed me they cared), I LOVE the way they set up the tasting box, lastly, I love their professionalism. My cake decor was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I could not choose between 2 different cake designs and Ianna mentioned that they can merge both designs! I was SO happy! I trusted her instantly! Then, she sent us the sample and we were so in love. On the wedding day, it was even more beautiful. Not to mention the taste, unfortunately my husband and I did not get to taste it but ALL the guests i spoke to LOVEDDD it and ate every piece. This time Sugar Divas had these mini cakes and cupcakes on these incredible platters on all the reception tables and not only were they OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious, they were also on theme!“

“Saw this place courtesy of TikTok and finally got to try it today. My boyfriend got rainbow cookie pastries and two sweet buns that he loved. I had the Grapefruit Lemon Juice and an order of wonton dumplings in soup. That juice was FRESH and tasted so good, especially on a day like today. The wonton dumplings in soup were perfect and really quite filled with pork and shrimp. The broth and greens were a great finish too. All in all, definitely heading back.“

“I walked into cold stone today alittle down, but as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who ask how I was doing today that really lifted my spirits. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he asked if I wanted to sample anything and answered all my questions, I ordered the strawberry blonde with extra strawberries and whip cream. Gab made my experience a pleasant one. Great conversation, excellent customer service, great personality. Thank you Gab for putting a smile on my face. You are amazing 10/10“

“I went into Cold Stone creamery and I cannot believe the prices for the ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. The customer service was good. The ice cream was even better. But the prices that's insane. I'm thankful that I had a gift card that I obtained through fetch. Because I would definitely not go there to buy ice cream at that price. I think it's an absolute rip-off. I do not recommend going to get ice cream here. You can get a much better deal if you go to Publix. They've got great brands of ice cream and you get twice as much for the price that you're paying and you can even watch out for the two for one deals.“
