“I walked into cold stone today alittle down, but as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who ask how I was doing today that really lifted my spirits. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he asked if I wanted to sample anything and answered all my questions, I ordered the strawberry blonde with extra strawberries and whip cream. “I went into Cold Stone creamery and I cannot believe the prices for the ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. The customer service was good. The ice cream was even better. But the prices that's insane. I'm thankful that I had a gift card that I obtained through fetch. Because I would definitely not go there to buy ice cream at that price. I think it's an absolute rip-off. I do not recommend going to get ice cream here. You can get a much better deal if you go to Publix. They've got great brands of ice cream and you get twice as much for the price that you're paying and you can even watch out for the two for one deals.“

“Isadora was the best most accommodating worker I've seen in a while, she greeted our family as we entered the door then proceeded to patiently take our order in Portuguese, the language my family is more comfortable in, explaining whatever we needed clarification on, and checking us out. The most important part of customer service is the energy you bring to the encounter and I can say she has represented this establishment well through her posture. Also really good ice cream“

Eating out while dairy-free I’d gotten used to being excluded from the dessert menu (except a rare sorbet), so you couldn’t measure the smile on my face when I walked into this bakery and realized I could eat Everything! I walked out with two donuts, two cupcakes, a dipped cookie and a huge slice of coffee cake that will be my breakfast/dessert this week in Disney Springs. It’s pricey- my total came to $52. And it’s cramped in the small store, but for the peace of mind (not to mention the superb taste and texture of the goodies) I say it’s worth every penny.“
