I was asked to tip when I made my app order but I didn’t tip because I hadn’t received any service yet. My order was ready through the app and when I walked inside the store, no one made eye contact and no one greeted me. The brown haired petit girl was folding boxes and complete ignored me. I finally said “excuse me miss” and she still didn’t look my way but did respond. $30 cookies (about $5 each) and just no care at all about the customer. My cookies do not look like the photos hopefully they taste good but today I was not impressed“

Got a red velvet cake with strawberry preserves from Lea for my husband’s birthday and it was seriously so good. She was professional and responsive the whole time, and it showed up exactly when she said it would.

The cake looked beautiful and tasted even better. The red velvet was fresh and flavorful, the strawberry preserves were the perfect touch, and the texture was perfect—not dry at all. Portion size was right too, we had plenty without too much left over.

I’d definitely order from her again. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing, Lea’s your person.“

“I just recently ordered cupcakes for my kids’ birthday. They have several friends that have severe allergies to nuts. Liza is so thoughtful and great to coordinate with. She reached out right away to verify my order and kept me posted on the status. She also gave me a sample of the pumpkin coffee cake.
