“The food is always excellent and the staff are always so kind and friendly and professional. I have to give a shout out to the cleaning staff! My baby made a hugeee mess and i was mortified i kept telling her to let me mop and sweep up his mess and she insisted it was ok that its her job and she didnt mind. She was so loving and understanding I gave her a big hug and appreciated that so much. Thank you! Food was excellent I Highly recommend!“

“Food and service were excellent. My first time dining here. Had the shredded beef, rice, and black beans, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Food was hot and fresh. The shredded beef was seasoned perfectly. Very flavorful. The rice and beans were cooked tender. The mashed potatoes and gravy were flavorful and hot. The manager was helpful explaining the menu options. Good value for generous portions. 5 stars.“

“Food is very good at this Pollo. Ordered twice and neat, hot and tasty. Only thing I would say could use improvement is the lobby. It gets so busy that tables are always left a mess. Need to have someone consistently and constantly cleaning to make sure guests coming in can find a clean table. Otherwise, delicious food.“
