“This is by far the best tacos I’ve tried in Florida (and I’ve tried a lot!). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The people there were so nice and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We are definitely coming back! 100/10“

“The food was a solid 10/10—everything tasted great. Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. Stephanie asked for my name, and when I explained that I hadn’t ordered yet and was there to place an order, she told me to give her a minute. While I looked over the menu, she tapped her fingers on the counter to get my attention instead of simply acknowledging that she was ready. Her overall demeanor felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and she never once said “thank you.” Great food, but the customer service could definitely use improvement.“

“They never disappoint!! Steak and shrimp never gets old!!“

“Can't never go wrong with this Pollo Tropical. Staff always get my orders correct and my food is always cooked perfect. Definitely great food for the budget especially the family meal to feed your household. Definitely will recommend family and friends to come here.“

“Yosie was incredibly sweet and attentive to mine and my boyfriend's needs. Even though we came in 30 minutes before closing, she treated us with patients, kindness, and above and beyond service. She would absolutely thrive in a leadership role.“
