The food was a solid 10/10—everything tasted great. Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. Quesa Loco is a taco truck known for authentic, high-quality tacos. The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, and cooked with excellent quality and finesse. Popular items include the carne asada street tacos, the quesa birria, and the al pastor, which is tender and flavorful. The birria tacos are cheesy and come with a perfect consome, and the shrimp tacos are also highly recommended. Portions are generous. Everything comes out fast, and the service is always fast and friendly, even when busy. The parking lot often fills up quickly. It is seriously considered the best taco truck in town and a must-try, with many customers planning to return or visit other locations.
