First time at the new location and let me just say you guys made a great decision by moving here. Bigger and more space to move around, I love it. If I could give you guys 10 stars across the board I would. The food and drinks were immaculate. Everything was so perfectly seasoned. I tried the calamari and it was great, perfectly breaded and not oily at all. The natural juices are so delicious. My bestie had the soursop and I had the passion fruit, my favorite 😍. Service was exceptional, honestly I have no complaints about anything at all. Atmosphere... great!! Food...10 outta 10!! Service...perfect, even the bathroom was so clean 👌🏽. Before I end I would also like to mention that the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes served. You are definitely getting your money's worth!!! Every chance I get i will be dining here ☺“

“If you are looking for some good quality inexpensive food. Come to Gallos Pollo in Winter Park. The pollo a la brasa is juicy and delicious. The service is a10/10. The atmosphere is a 10/10. If you are looking for a chill and relaxing time with music playing on the big screen TV and sports playing on the other TV come and join these amazing group of people. Habia hambre, mi gente, sorry no photos, but you will not be disappointed at Gallos Pollo.

We weren't greeted right away and waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Once our server came over, she was friendly and attentive, though service slowed down a bit toward the end of our meal. There is standing room only inside and the parking lot is very small, which poses a problem when trying to access the entrance . “Family was visiting from out of town last week, so we placed a large to‑go order at the Pollo Tropical in Sanford. When it came time to pay, our debit card kept getting rejected, even after the staff tried multiple registers and attempted to split the payment.

We were about to remove items to pay in cash when the manager, Pedro, explained there was a software glitch preventing debit card payments over $50. He immediately stepped in and discounted our order by 35%, which allowed us to get everything we needed.

With a little patience and understanding, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. Our whole family was extremely grateful for Pedro’s help and the Sanford team’s effort to make things right.“

“Every time I come to Florida to visit my family, I have to eat here. My family recently moved about an hour away, and I actually begged them to make the drive because I was craving it that much. It was 100% worth it.

I've had arepas in New York, but they just don't compare. My favorite is the arepa with everything on it it's always fresh, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious. I also tried an empanada this time, and it was great too.

I honestly wish they had a location in New York because I'd be there all the time. This place never disappoints.“
