I like pollo tropical in general, but this location doesn't have proper quality control.Couple times got chicken pieces with blood(undercooked), few times my order had missing piece or 2 of chicken (family meal). I guess it depends on the manager.
Staff was great, but the menu did change so I haven't been lately, but my order was correct and the lobby was clean.
The store was very clean and food came out quick for such fresh items. The manager raquel helped us out with the pork substitution for our religious beliefs. That truly meant alot to us. Thank you for being considerate. I'm sure I didn't spell her name right but lovely woman we appreciate you.
