I don’t know why this place has only 3.8 stars. It should have 5 stars. The times that I’ve come here has never been disappointing. The food is always super fresh and super delicious from the salads to the desserts. The fritters are amazing made fresh order. You tell him you want fresh empanadas they make it fresh right there for you. The food, you take it home and warm it up the next day it taste even better the flavors get to sunk in delicious. Sol de Borinquen is an excellent place to sample Puerto Rican food. It is a bakery and you will find many pastry options here, and you can also dine here. Although there are chairs and tables, it is not a traditional table service restaurant, you may liken it more to a cafeteria dining experience.
