Absolutely amazing! Auria helped us and was phenomenal her customer service is GREAT!
Food was really tasty! I do think they need a bit more organization when it comes to the lines. It gets confusing between the buffet line and the bakery line. Overall, the experience was nice, and the customer service was great!
Sandwich were great. Coming back.

Bacalaito Bakery & Restaurant is a Puerto Rican spot where the food is really tasty and the customer service is great. The staff is super friendly, and the owner even offers a complimentary dessert. Guests enjoy the bacon egg and cheese with french fries, sandwiches, bacalaito, empanada de pollo, caramel ice latte, bacalao and rice meal, tuna sandwich, donuts, flan, and the guava and cheese pastry. The food is incredible, and everything purchased is worth it.
However, the experience can be mixed. The layout causes confusion between the buffet line and the bakery line, and the counter service can feel overwhelmed. Some guests report up charges that are never explained, missing items like cheese, a changed bread type, toast, and sautéed potatoes with peppers and onions, and scrambled eggs with ham served with overcooked ham on the side. For almost $20, some expect regular plates instead of take-out containers. The bacalaitos are crispy but have more dough than fish, and the guava and cheese pastry is a dud. The service overall needs improvement, though the concept is great and worth another try once things run more smoothly.
