Drinks like a venti cappuccino and a venti caramel frappuccino are made to perfection, and drinks are generally delicious and yummy. However, there is a noted inconsistency, as cold brews have sometimes been served looking like frappés instead of matching their expected appearance, as with the pumpkin and chocolate cream cold brews. The range of items and prices are considered fantastic compared to other regions. The overall experience is often top tier, thanks to the amazing employees who create a welcoming and memorable visit.
