“Solid spot, to be honest, I don’t have any major complaint. The food was pretty good, comparable to Starbucks. The service was really good, the woman who greeted me was very nice and helpful, she talked me through all the options for their refreshers. The atmosphere was good too, only thing to point out is there didn’t seem to be really any indoor seating as far as I could tell. It’s a walk up window situation with I believe a drive through option around the back. They do have seating, but it’s outdoors and given it was rainy during my visit, there wasn’t really a place to sit and eat it there. I do want to call out that the prices were really good in my opinion, especially compared to many other franchise options with similar offerings. The location I visited was also near the airport too, which notoriously drives up prices. But this place was good, I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.“

“This review has been lonnnggg overdue. My husband and I frequent Madilynns quite a bit. MacKenzie and Kristen know us by name and order. One time I accidentally ordered our drinks hot and even MacKenzie thought it seemed off but continued to make them. When we arrived for pick up we realized we messed up and were going to drink them anyway but she remade them for us instead. We do a lot of order ahead and unfortunately one of our drinks didn't have the option for an extra shot of espresso. During pick up, I let Kristen know and within an hour I received a phone call letting me know that they had fixed it. They go above and beyond for their customers and their products are always so great. ♥️“

“I always get an Iced Matcha with lavender foam or banana foam and I started working in a different area so I missed my old Starbucks but this Starbucks today made my day. Until today when I would go, the phone that I would request wouldn’t be for me and would kind of just melt into the rest of the drink. Someone made it, and he has the perfect amount of an extra foam that I requested. Just like my old Starbucks!! To the gentleman who made it, at 7:39 AM for a mobile pick up with oat milk, it really is the small things and I appreciate you!“

“Two fantastic experiences here in the drive thru back to back. First night we went through we ordered 3 drinks. All were outstanding with friendly service by staff! We even went back the very next night with the same order and were all yet again fantastic all the way around! We are from out of town and it was nice to have such a positive experience away from home. Great crew here who knows how to take care of their customers and knows a thing or two about making a damn good drink.“
