The drinks were so delicious and perfectly made. My mom’s birthday was yesterday, and we decided last minute to give them a try since oysters are a favorite of ours. Delicious! The best part wasn’t even on the menu. The hospitality was top tier! The energy, the comfort, the warmth, the inviting atmosphere ..Everything was perfect! The sweet couple sitting next to us, who are regulars, made our entire night, and I pray they read this because they filled our hearts, and it meant everything. They made my mom feel special. We escaped life through genuine laughter, and they bought us birthday shots and celebrated with us. The kindness, free spirit, and coolest vibes ! You don’t find that anywhere anymore. “Love the staff and food. Tried the restaurant after the renovation and the new items added to the menu are awesome. Everything is hot and fresh. Home made pickles are a tasty garnish. The French fries are lightly seasoned and thick crinkle cut. Golden texture is great and you don’t even need ketchup. The pulled bbq is our fav along with the Mac n cheese. Best out there. The owner comes around to Check on the tables and the staff are so friendly, you feel like part of the family. Can’t wait to go back. Breanna was our server tonight and she is sweet as the bbq sauce and took great care of us, great service.“

“I visited Harry’s Old Place in Winter Haven tonight for the very first time. It is a very cute and welcoming place. I was greeted and seated right away. My waitress, Taylor was so friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a filet and asked it to be topped with crab. When it came out it was not as expected, undercooked- I asked for medium rare but it was very rare and the topping was cold. I hesitated to say anything but Taylor noticed and immediately asked what she could do to make it right. She ended up recommending mahi with a garlic sauce topping which was delicious! The GM Cody came over and was just as kind. I will for sure be back and appreciate them for not making me feel bad (or worse) for returning the first dish. Thank you Taylor for being awesome!“

“It’s probably only a Wednesday special, but the Prime Rib Melt was the best I’ve ever had, and as a pilot flying all around the country for 40 years and eating out all the time - that’s saying something. He helped me over the phone when the awful AI system failed when placing my order (please reconsider that as an option because I almost hung up because of it). “Why I enjoy eating at this IHOP being close distance to Legoland after work from a late shift. Every so often especially on cooler nights I choose the IHOP because I like the coffee that is comes served in a carafe. The Servers here will help out other servers if needed to and they are so polite and courteous. It never takes to long waiting to get a refill on drinks. I also like there sweet tea.
The Ihop is always the best diner because every month they have Special Menus. They are also the only restaurant that has 4 different flavors of syrup.
The average price is for a meal with drinks is $20.00
There were a couple of times on the cold days of Spring it was just a cold inside as it was outside. Nothing like eating inside only to have to wear Winter clothing. At least the Summer nights the atmosphere has improved more comfortable AC.
My only disappointment is if you want a Salad the best dressing flavors are gone.

“Have they there for many many years? Don't think I've had anything there that I didn't like. I'm very partial to their chicken wings. French fries are awesome. The coleslaw is a really good. A little tarter than I like. I like it! Sweet coleslaw but I never not eat it. It is still good. French fries are on point seasoning crispy not over crispy and not mushy. Highly recommend a trip there.“

I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. “I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. If you ever need a place to have a function Flightline Cafe should be one of your top choices as kudos to the owners“
