Eat there Thursday night, and it was phenomenal. Lyod was our waiter, and suggested the chargrilled steak and the potato encrusted snapper. Also ordered the lobster bisque. Everything was phenomenal. It had been about five years since we last went, and surpassed our expectations. The most consistent restaurant in out out the parks imo.
Great atmosphere and a lovely lakeside setting! We came to Flying Fish for a birthday dinner and enjoyed the steak, lobster, and salmon. The food was good, and the restaurant is a nice choice for a special occasion. Prices are a bit high, but we had a pleasant evening overall.

With flawless service and unforgettable flavors, Flying Fish stands out as one of the best dining options. The gazpacho soup was amazingly delicious, though a little small. The snapper was flaky and cooked perfectly, and the lemonade mousse dessert was incredible.
