“Upscale, signature dining restaurant located at Disney's Grand Floridian. Housed in a distinct octagonal pavilion stretching out over the Seven Seas Lagoon, it specializes in premium coastal cuisine and steaks. We found the main dining floor to be mostly navigable by wheelchair with a few tight corners. The outdoor viewing area for fireworks is also accessible. The ambience inside was calm with intimate lighting as expected in most signature restaurants. The menu, although small, had options covering a variety of dietary restrictions. “All the food was great. Artisanal bread, cheese board, gazpacho, red snapper with shrimp, and dessert. Probably the best cooked fish I've had in Orlando. Service was spot on. If you're going to get a fancy dinner at Disney, you'll get what you pay for here.“

“I ate breakfast buffet in this place 2 days in a row, why was i not offered option of egg omelet or fried egg the first day by the server it was a female , I just found out that there is this option the 2nd day.... by a different server, the end day server , a male server did excellent job“

“First time here. Came for Magical Dining. Serive was great. Justin was so nice. The food was great besides the mashed potatoes & crab fried rice. The mashed potatoes were lumpy & no flavor. The crab fried rice had a burnt after taste. I would go back & order something else. Very nice & classy.“

“On vacation from Arkansas and was looking forward to trying this place. We were not disappointed. I had the lobster, crab, and shrimp boil with potatoes and corn. Every bite was delicious. Wife had the fried shrimp basket. The shrimp were huge. You know it is delicious when after every bite you go, “Mmmmm.”“

“I was in town for my daughter's 14th birthday and Norman's did not disappoint. From our initial greeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Norman's was flawless. We were promptly sat upon entering. Every team member that stopped by our table made sure to wish my daughter a happy birthday. Service was timed to perfection. Drinks were always kept full. Entrees got to us just as our appetizers were finished. Our service team made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. As for food we started with the charcuterie board, blue crab beignets, and the pork belly. All 3 appetizers were amazing and perfectly portioned so we could all enjoy some. I had the yellowtail snapper as I've heard that Norman's has the best yellowtail snapper and this could be the best filet of fish I've ever had. Highly recommend trying this fish out if you're a fish lover as I am. We also had the filet mignon and the Mongolian tomahawk pork chop. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We also enjoyed au gratin potatoes, creamed corn and lobster Mac. The creamed corn was the only item in the entire experience that I didnt care for because it had a pepper taste to it and that's not what I was expecting. Lobster Mac was great as was the au gratin potatoes. For dessert, they brought out a platter as a surprise to all us with my daughter's name written on the plate. That was a super cool touch and made the experience that much better. Not to be outdone they also brought us passionfruit creme brulee, key lime pie, cheesecake and tiramisu. Each of these desserts were delicious. Sadly I was able to taste but not indulge as I have to watch my sugar intake but the rest of my party loved each option given. I can't say enough how great this dining experience was to those that I know so I wanted to share what an outstanding job Norman's did for my family and how special they made my daughter feel. True hospitality is hard to find these days and Norman's did a fine job on this visit.“

“We've stayed at Ritz-Carlton many times, and finally decided to try Knife & Spoon. I'm so glad we did. Everything was top notch. The atmosphere was welcoming, the tall ceilings and windows were grand. The food was phenomenal. The caesar salad was incredible and aesthetically pleasing. We got the wagyu picanha, and it was bursting with flavor. Our server Pedro was the best server we've ever had. He was extremely attentive and kind. I told him my favorite dessert was chocolate covered strawberries, so he found the pastry chef and had her make me some free of charge. Incredible! We were there well after closing time, and didn't feel rushed at all. He even thanked us for spending time with him and taking food recommendations that required him to work later, really caring about us. Overall, this was one of the best dinner experiences we've had and we can't wait to go back.“

“We came here on vacation because a friend recommended it. The service was great from the beginning. We ordered drinks. The presentation was perfect. We ordered calamari and raw oysters. Both were amazing. Our kids ate both. It was their first time eating oysters and both asked for more. When our food was served we were so surprised with the amount of food. “Had a nice experience at Bonefish Grill. I sat by the bar and the service was good and attentive. The Atlantic salmon was cooked to perfection, and the asparagus was seasoned really well, although they didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. The baked potato was also a little soggy. Overall, a good meal and pleasant experience!“

“Big rave to this restaurant. An honest mistake was made and a few items were missing from our Uber Eats delivery. I contacted the restaurant and they immediately admitted to the error. Their asst manager personally drove the missing items directly to our hotel and even threw in some free dessert! They went over and above to quickly address and fix the issues! Would highly recommend them and the food was great.“

I have been to Seasons 52 before in other locations but our experience last night was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was incredible, we had a water view, the service was absolutely fantastic and the food could not have been better. We both had Fillet and lobster. I had the 22oz ribeye and it was cooked to medium perfection. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were excellent sides. Apple Tart and Creme Brule completed the meal. Service was excellent.“
