Can I give 6 stars? This place is absolutely amazing. Most food options in the Swan/Dolphin complex are overpriced and meh. This place at the Swan Reserve is just the best. Had the Seabass Al Cartoccio and the dips. It was a truly incredible meal. Had a pretty terrible time getting down to Florida and this meal made the whole day great. Definitely recommend.

Our server Luis was wonderful! My wife and I visited Amare 9 months prior and had Luis as well and he remembered us when we returned!Not only is the Amare flatbread the best on Disney property, the Orangecello aperitif is a perfect way to end a great meal, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and there are always last minute reservations available!
