Our server Luis was wonderful! My wife and I visited Amare 9 months prior and had Luis as well and he remembered us when we returned! Not only is the Amare flatbread the best on Disney property, the Orangecello aperitif is a perfect way to end a great meal, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and there are always last minute reservations available!

Can I give 6 stars? This place is absolutely amazing. Most food options in the Swan/Dolphin complex are overpriced and meh. This place at the Swan Reserve is just the best. Amazing fresh ingredients, the most friendly and personable service, and prices not only justified but in parts even significantly cheaper than expected. The value of their breakfast is insane: you get a continental breakfast buffet with amazing options that includes coffee and fresh juices, smoothies etc for $15! ? Full hot breakfast options with the best made to order omelet I ever had anywhere is $30. I'd come back here just for breakfast if parking wasn't this expensive. ❤️Vegetarian options: The breakfast buffet has a large variety of vegetarian options. Oat milk for the coffee was provided on request. At dinner, vegetarian options on the menu were pointed out to us, plus additional options that were not on the menu were presented, including an amazing pasta dish and items on the menu adjusted to be vegetarian. And it all tasted amazing. (However, vegan options seem to be much more limited.)

Had the Seabass Al Cartoccio and the dips. It was a truly incredible meal. Had a pretty terrible time getting down to Florida and this meal made the whole day great. Definitely recommend.

Not sure why this restaurant isn't more busy. Very nice setting. Excellent wait staff - I believe his name was Robert(sorry if mistaken). I liked the brown holster that he wore that contained all his waiter stuff. Never saw that before. Very helpful with choices. I had the hand-made Manti Dumplings and the octopus. Since this was a relatively small entree, he had suggested adding one skewer of souvlaki to this. Since I ordered the octopus I declined but this would be a good suggestion. Actually, could order the dumplings as a little larger appetizer for people to share. We shared a Tarpon Springs Greek Salad. My wife ordered the Romesco Chicken and my son the souvlaki. All excellent. We would easily come back again. FYI - Not being too familiar with the Swan Reserve, we valet'd at the regular Swan resort. then walked over after realizing our mistake. Next time we will know to go to the correct resort.

Outstanding new restaurant with a much more refined and quality vibe than a lot of Disney restaurants. Food was surprisingly excellent, we had outstanding service from Luis, everything feels very clean and new, wow! Make a reservation they are busy, for good reason.

We loved brining friends for an evening out to the beautiful Amare! The menu offers a good variety of price points and options for diner's preference. Everyone loved the dishes were amazing! We love everything from the Amare flatbread to the porterhouse. Our only issue was that the service was slow. It took a long time from drinks coming to ordering our appetizers and entrees. Despite those little miss, our experience was excellent and we will definitely return again.

Luis our server was outstanding! Paid special attention to children with us. Brought free cupcakes for them after dinner. We were greeted by the manager and the chef as well! Wonderful experience!!!

Really enjoyed our visit at Amare this past month. Lauren was fantastic. The food was super fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend their dumplings dish and their flourless cake.

With 9 diners at the table, it's amazing that everyone liked their food! Te dumplings were the east favorite and they were good, the rest were excellent with the sea bass being spectacular! All would go again any time.

Everything was tremendous! The food was some of the best we've had within Disney, the portions were large and were a bargain for the quality and creativity of the dishes. Our server, Diego was so kind and had a great sense of humor. My only feedback is that the dip appetizer should come with more pita bread from the start, so I don't have to feel the shame of asking for 3 refills lol!

My friend and I tried this restaurant based on the fairly good reviews. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. Service and decor were really the down points of this place. The place isn't cheap so for the money, NOT worth it. The decor is pretty awful. Vinyl bench seating with awful fabric backing - giving 90s airport vibes. Wall art was atrocious. I can't really say anything bad about the food. It was fine. Some of the items were a bit dry though, namely the dumplings. Meatballs were good. The service was terrible though. We felt rush when ordering. When the food came out, it was basically just dropped off. We ordered the dips but when it arrived, we didn't know what we were eating because the server did not bother to tell us what each one was - not at all a dining "experience". Ordered a bottle of wine and asked for a glass of club soda - server brought us out bottled sparkling water and then charged us $9 for it. Also overheard the table next to us complaining to manager about the mediocrity of their experience, so its not just us!

Food was horrible. Service was excellent, olivia was our server. She was excellent. For appetizers, We ordered the Amare salad and it said it came with a marinated feta cheese and it came with what tasted like a goat cheese, which I hate. Dressing was not good either. I also ordered the Mediterranean dips and the mint dip Was not good. The yogurt dip and red pepper hummus dip was ok, but just ok. My husband ordered the pasta with clams and it tasted like the sauce was jarred. I ordered the grilled octopus for dinner and that was ok. They offer a complimentary after dinner drink Which is a nice touch but it tastes like tang with a cheap alcohol, Im chalking this meal off to what is expected at a Disney restaurant. Certainly no fine dining or expectations of good quality food.

This place was impeccable. Food was perfectly prepared, service was A1 and nonintrusive, loved the atmosphere. The Mahi was very moist and very fresh, the Romesco chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, we even had limoncello for dessert. Best meal we’ve had in Orlando.Parking: Be sure to get your parking validated before you leave, or it will cost you.
