“Wonderful restaurant! A quick monorail or boat ride from Magic Kingdom. We shared the lobster bisque, probably the best I have ever had. We had the blackened redfish and the vegetable paella. The veggies in the paella were roasted and full of flavor but the dish was a bit spicy. The fish was terrific. The views of the lake and Magic Kingdom are beautiful and the dock is a great place to watch the nightly electric water pageant.“

“After reading some reviews on the prime rib, I was a little hesitant. After eating it (clean plate) I remembered most people don’t know how to eat a prime rib. Too fatty? It’s a prime rib. Go order a strip steak somewhere if you don’t like fat. The mashed potatoes, popover, and carrots were an absolute smash pairing. Apps and dessert were phenomenal too. I almost needed to be carried out.“

UPDATE: Five years later and Sebastian's is still amazing. Now it's family style and I think that's even better. Be sure to try the pork and the steak. Coconut shrimp is great the sushi options are great. There is a hibachi station. Price is a bit up there. But for the Orlando area I assume that everything would be a bit pricer. Would recommend it if you are very hungry. Staff is great and community is welcoming“

“Hands down the best seafood I have had in a very long time. I was lucky to try this great food at a food truck Friday. The chicken and shrimp, my wife and 3 year old enjoyed. I went with the shrimp and crab. It was amazing. Fresh cooked to order. It came with potatoes, sausage and an ear of corn all smothered in this amazing homemade butter.I could go on and on about how great this meal was.
