“Food is simple and excellent - not a huge food menu but what you get is excellent. The wine menu is extensive and the knowledge of the servers is way beyond what you experience at any “normal” restaurant. Also, the sommelier at the restaurant ha e been trained by the best and the details they share are intimate and real. If you love wine this is your place. Our server Kyle went beyond usual customer service and everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing place for a date.“

“Server was good but doesn't make up for the steaks not being made correctly or the kids shrimp that tasted terrible...Family of 8 and not 1 meal good....never have I spent $119 and still wanted McD. *Update The next day after making this review I was contacted by the assistant General manager of the property. After speaking about our experience and the issues we had we were given the name for the manager that would be on duty the next day. We spoke with the rest of our party, I called the restaurant to speak to this person, I was told they were unavailable at that time. Our party then decided to go across the pond to the T-rex Cafe. After putting in our parties reservation I asked to speak to a manager from the resurant side. I was directed to speak with a gentleman named Paul who I then explained out predicament and was more than accommodating.“

“The best spot for a break and a beer at Hollywood Studios. The park really lacks any shade so this is a perfect place just to sit down and relax while getting a beer.

We'll always visit BaseLine at Hollywood Studios for some drinks and just to relax during a busy park day. Lastly, they have one of the best pretzels on WDW property.“

“Oscar was the best waiter we have ever had. The food was excellent. Party of 10 and no complaints. Our waiter made sure our drinks were always filled, didn’t wait long for the food and Oscar had wonderful rapport with all of us. Excellent customer service. Although the tip was included, we all gave him extra because he deserved it!“

“A nice place with excellent service and good food. The famous fried chicken was solid and the chicken paillard was delicious. The only complaints were prices were a bit steep and the men’s bathroom was too small for such a large restaurant. Highly recommended“

“Reasonably priced and located near the water with views of the floating electric parade. The only downside is that it is entirely outdoors so it can be uncomfortably hot or cold. It's not connected to the main lodge so if it's raining, you'll get wet walking here. My favorite was the campfire mousse. Beautiful and delicious.“

“We were told Pandora was the best land for gluten free food and when we arrived the main restaurant had not opened yet. I asked the gentleman at Pongu Pongu if they had any gluten free options and he said he did t have any food but he knew what we needed. He came back with another cast member that once I explained my son had celiac she told him she also had it and she gave us all of the information we needed to navigate all our dietary need for the day across all of Animal Kingdom. It was such a relief to have encountered these two wonderful cast members and it really made the day easier for me and my son.“

“We stayed here for a weeklong family vacation which happened to be during hurricane milton. The staff was so friendly throughout the whole experience even though they were working double time to accommodate all the extra guests during the hurricane. We tried everything on the menu throughout the week and the majority of the food was delicious and priced well. We really appreciated all of the employees who made us feel at home during our trip.“

“Stayed with some friends for a quick two-night stay - we've always wanted to try Old Key West and it's a cute resort. The villas are some of the largest on Disney property since this was the original vacation club resort - the four of us had plenty of room and a large balcony overlooking the golf course. It was a fairly stormy weekend so we didn't visit the pools but Olivia's offers tasty food and The Gurgling Suitcase is a must stop for an afternoon beverage. Due to earlier drought conditions the boats between OKW, SSR, and Disney Springs weren't running, but we were able to use the buses to get to where we needed to be. Overall it's a charming resort in a good location - the only issues we encountered were the usual ones related to ongoing staffing shortages.“

“Had an evening meal on Thanksgiving day Nov 28th 2024. The food was good and the service was outstanding. The server was good with our 2 year old Granddaughter. Had a table with a Lakefront view.“

“Our breakfast for a family of 5 was amazing and Maureen our server was extremely attentive which is surprising when you come for a breakfast buffet. I thought the $30/adult and $15/child was extremely reasonable considering it included drinks and you can take your time. Plus, they make eggs to order and have two self serve waffle makers and fresh honeycomb. All they food was fresh, the restaurant was very clean and you have a great view of the lake and nature behind the hotel. They even validate parking so don’t be discouraged by the $25 self park fee. It’s covered by your meal. Definitely worth the trip.“

“I stayed in this hotel for a week. I spent all of my evenings in John T's. I was greeted by name every night after the first night. Rachael, Jackie, Jose, Lauren, Caroline, and Paula were fantastic the entire time. I enjoyed my time here just as much as the Disney parks. Truly great place with great people running it.“

“When it comes to breakfast buffets there is no better place in all of Orlando. Huge variety of breakfast items including an omellete station, grill items, fruits, pastries you name it. And... the price for all of this can't be beat. The wait staff treats you like royalty! I've been coming here since it opened and although this offering has changed over the years...its has never been better!“

It was weird because online, it said they were open.We went back the next day and placed an order for to-go.We ordered:1. 3 egg ham and cheese omelette - Cooked perfectly, but for the price, I don't understand why it doesn't come with potatoes. Sourdough toast was hard2. How you like them - 2 over easy eggs, bacon, hash browns, and english muffin. This was the perfect amount of food for me. Hash browns were super crunchy, and the english muffin was nice and soft.3. Side of sausage - this was plump and juicy. Very flavorful.We chose to get food here because it was located in the hotel we were staying at. The food was good, but a little overpriced, I think. Maybe you're paying for the convenience. Service was lacking, it seemed like they don't like working and would rather talk to their co-workers.“

“We were going to go to the Fantasmic show, and decided to grab some food before the show. We got food at Catalina Eddie's. I had already eaten dinner, so I got a kid's meal for me and my sister to share. We got the cheese pizza meal, which came with two sides and a drink. I got a small bottle of Dasani and two Cuties. It seems that these pizzas are already prepared so we got our meal quickly. The food was good, and for the price that it was, I think it was a decent price. My father got a meatball sub and I tasted one of the meatballs, and it was good! I think that this place is great and offers a quick meal that is satiating.“
