“Super cute bar/restaurant!
First coming in right away you can see they are very clean every thing is super organized and everyone was attentive from the start .
The service was amazing our waiter god bless I can not remember his name but the manger made a joke about cutting his hair again ! (Lol if that helps ) anyways he was great kept up with us frequently and over all super friendly .
The manager was super friendly as well !
As for food it was on par ! Definitely would recommend this for more local’s !“

He answered any questions I had about the menu, brought my food out quick, made sure my cup was full, and really brightened up the environment. “One of my favorite quick meal restaurants in Disney World! The food was delicious and unique and don’t even get me started on the desserts. Also, great facilities with plenty of seating room and air conditioning. We actually went for both breakfast and lunch!“

Our chicken was EXTREMELY tender and juicy, very delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. They had us cheering not only for our color knight but also for the winning team. Photo opportunities were at the end and was also a lovely surprise we didn’t expect. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of seating, and there’s not a bad seat in the house. The manager checked in with us. His interactions with staff were friendly and positive. This shows why the staff is happy. The place is immaculate. What great breath of air in a world that doesn’t know how to say thank you and you’re welcome.“

“Amazing crew, we came in late on Tuesday and we were treated with such love and compassion from your entire crew. After a long travel we just wanted a meal. Planes only give chips or peanuts. “It is nice to have a restaurant that’s a little bit closer to us than having to drive all the way to Orlando location. It’s also nice to get that part of the app so every time you eat there you have a car seat. You do rec points on our last trip we save seven dollars and our cost of my hot chocolate. We didn’t notice that maybe they changed the recipe or a new chef but the chicken was cooked a little different and then be sweaty chicken sandwich. Taste different. They did charge me a dollar for asking for a little bit more sauce.“

“This is always a must for us when on property. We often stay at Wilderness Lodge and eat here at least twice each time. Never had a bad experience here. The food is always amazing. The service is excellent 99% of the time and the atmosphere is very relaxing.“

“Try getting a bartender by the name of Lydia. that acted so unprofessional and dismissive. and makes a scene in front of small children and invites the customer to fight outside. over drinks that she didn't make right. I wonder if maybe she had a couple drinks on the job. humm very disturbing and unprofessional incident that occurred during my family’s visit to JoJo’s Shake Bar at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando. My husband and I approached the bar because my husband felt his drink was watered down and politely stated that he did not like it. He also mentioned that he had requested a double shot. The bartender, who I was later told is named Lydia, immediately became rude and dismissive, stating she would not remake the drink and insisting she had made it correctly. When my husband calmly reiterated that he had asked for a double shot, the bartender began shouting, accusing my husband of being a liar. Her voice escalated, and the situation quickly became hostile. I asked her to calm down, as there was no reason for that level of aggression. At that point, the bartender told us “we can take this outside,” repeatedly inviting my husband and me to fight. She was jumping up and down, yelling, and causing a scene, despite other employees attempting to intervene and asking her to stop. She disregarded them entirely and continued screaming and provoking a physical confrontation. This behavior occurred in a family-oriented restaurant, surrounded by guests, including small children in strollers and my 11-year-old son, who witnessed the entire incident. The situation was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. staff members eventually came out (I believe from the kitchen) and attempted to calm her down and instruct her to go to the back. She refused, continued yelling at him, and kept repeating that she wanted to fight us outside. Her refusal to follow supervision and her continued aggression only escalated the embarrassment and concern for everyone present. To make matters worse, my family and I had driven 2½ hours to visit this location , a restaurant we have always loved and frequented. Because of the scene she caused, we were forced to quickly finish our drinks, place our food in a box, and leave. My son was given a box for his cookie so we could exit as fast as possible due to the harassment and embarrassment. No customer should ever be treated this way , especially in front of children , and no employee should ever invite guests to a physical fight while on duty. As long-time supporters of JoJo’s Shake Bar, this experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. We will not return to this location as long as this individual is employed there.“

“An absolutely incredible experience! Service was exceptional and food was delicious. Thank you to Dakota (our server) and Chef David for taking care of me with my allergies (bell pepper, treenut, Celiac). They both went above and beyond! Chef David came to the table to discuss my options. Even the hostess asked if anyone in our party had allergies right when we walked in. I was very impressed and had a wonderful meal. The artisanal salad was yummy and much larger than I expected. The Saganaki itself is gf and can be served with gf crackers. And of course, the wine list will blow you away. Thank you again--we'll be back!“
