“We had breakfast this morning for Veterans Day. Of course they were slammed. Outstanding staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. We had to wait for our food but while we waiting we noticed how well the staff worked together. The wait staff was complimenting the kitchen and wait staff helped one another. Yes the wait was long but we didn’t mind. The meal was outstanding. Thank you so much to the staff. We’ll be back. They deserve 5 stars.“

“Best place in Haines city to eat really good home style food and bbq, this is probably the best smoked chicken i've ever had. Smoked ribs are super tasty. Portions are huge. Variety of sides to pick. Give a shot if you are around the place. Hidden gem in the area.“

The best part of our experience was Bre our server she went above and beyond she is an asset to this business very knowledgeable about all the food and even talked us into getting a dessert 🍨 loved the place and food and service. “Richard at the Cashier and Mike at the tables, what a combination. These 2 Gentlemen are Gems. Good old fashion customer service. The food was absolutely perfect. “You may think a restaurant within a community can't be as good as outside, but this is one of the best restaurants in the entire area. Nice atmosphere and everything is always tasty.Waitstaff is nice, but can be all over the place. We've had long waits without menus, not removing ingredients when asked, food delivered to wrong tables, etc.No blender at the bar, so don't expect any tropical drinks.“

“Erin was our server and goodness is she great! She handled our large party like it was nothing. Super impressed by her kindness and patience. At a time where she could have been overwhelmed, she handled it like it was a 2-top. 10/10 recommend. Oh! And the brisket was 200/10 I mean seriously some of the best brisket in Polk county!

“6/2724 and 6/29/24-Was five star (*****) the first time so all 4 of us voted to come back.
We were here for 3 days for a wedding and did not return to the first place we tried
Both servers were VG, food was VG and plentiful.
It is great to see a restaurant excel in all ways like hey do.
Others complain about slow business, you just do all the right things and bring people back.
Thank you for 2 great experiences

“First time going to Culver's. I've been told it was good, so I thought we'd give it a try. I ordered the Reuben which I didn't expect much of it being it's not a deli... My Reuben was absolutely delicious! I'd recommend it to anybody that likes a good Reuben. Everything we had ordered was fantastic. Store was very clean... We'd definitely go back“
