“Everything about the food service at the Melia Orlando was five star! From the hostess to the servers to the bartender and the chefs, my family and I were treated royally! We have never been made to feel so special! Maria, Olivia, and Lily just to name a few were simply exceptional! The food was delicious and the menu had lots of interesting variety! we had signed up for the Level experience therefore our breakfast was complementary and included in the price of our room rate. We had breakfast every day for the 10 days we were there.The times we ate dinner there the menu prices were very reasonable!“

“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

“I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay before flying out. I stay at this hotel every time I go down to Orlando and it is very convenient to book for your next day flight. The restaurants are great. The staff is amazing. The balcony view is unmatched. It is a little more expensive to stay here compared to your average hotel, but you won’t regret picking this Hotel over every other one out there. Spend the cash and stay here. It’s worth it.“

“We had a group of 27 and had a nearly flawless experience- and they certainly exceeded my expectations for a group that size. We were well tended to, the food was terrific (as were the cocktails), and we loved out spot for our group on the patio overlooking the lake. Thank you for the great experience!“

“Recently returned from a 5 night stay and it was great. We stayed in Ranchos and had an adjoining room with another family that we were traveling with. Yes, the grounds are huge and we did get a little confused finding our room in the dark that first night, but once we found it, we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had a ton of storage space. I appreciated all the outlets in the room as well. There are 4 (I think) bus stops around the property and we were very close to one of them. The transportation to the parks could not have been any easier! We ate at El Mercado several times and at Rix once and thought the food was pretty good. The Dig Site pool was awesome and we also enjoyed the Ranchos pool right across from our building. All of the grounds were beautiful, I only wish we'd gotten the chance to explore and enjoy them a bit more!“

Our server was very attentive in both clearing any dirty plates very quickly and bringing drinks very quickly when needed. Overall a very nice experience and a holiday feel“
