I wouldn’t recommend to anyone of color. We stopped in here thinking we would have a good dinner and never got served or greeted after 15 minutes of seating. While others came and sat and got helped.

Service is extremely slow, side salad was wilted, drinks are weak, burger was warm not hot, server never asked if we wanted any more drinks. When the server took our check she took our drinks as well.
I wouldn’t recommend this pace at all. Definitely won’t be coming back again.
I made a reservation 2 weeks ago to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The reservation was for a party of 8 outdoors, once we arrive we were told there were no tables available outside even though we HAD a reservation and even called 3 hours prior to confirm. They gave us the option to seat inside while we wait for an outdoor table but was not promised anything.

The Wilson at the Melia Orlando offers five-star food service with a team that treats guests royally. The hostess, servers, bartenders, and chefs are exceptional. Servers like Tayler are polite, helpful, and go above and beyond, keeping attention on guests and checking if everything is okay. Maria is super attentive with refills by the pool. Pool server Lisa works very hard and makes the experience awesome. Bartender Ireland is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. The cocktails are superb, especially the Mama Mia cocktail. The food is delicious with interesting variety. Menu prices are very reasonable. For breakfast, the Level experience includes complementary breakfast. For lunch by the pool, there is pizza, hot wings, and penne all a vodka. Dinner options include the best spinach artichoke dip ever. The atmosphere is fresh with a fun Florida vibe. Guests become forever repeat customers.
