“The service was on and off while at the pool. There were a couple of bartenders/servers it was obvious who was working their ass off vs. one who had an attitude towards certain people/circumstances after a couple of interactions during my trip. The drink menu and options were great, but again, specials not explained well (It was like I was a bother because I was only ordering drinks and not food, too). The atmosphere at the pool was very relaxed and chill. Plenty of chairs, tables and beach/water areas.“

“I catered food for 35 guests this past weekend & was pleasantly surprised with the ease of picking up the order. It not only was ready at our agreed time but it was packaged perfectly for transport. Above & beyond helpful on the customer service, food was AUTHENTICALLY YUMMY & the portions were extremely generous. I highly recommended them for your next event. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Our server, Elsie, was very professional, polite, courteous, and friendly. She made sure all our needs were met.
Our bartender, Lexi, was very professional. She personally came to our table to make sure my special request cocktail was to my likely in which it was a perfect 10.

“This is the true experience right here. Miss Lisa is killing it with the food and having to work the front end of things too. She runs the place by herself most times when I swing by.
The food is always worth the wait. Miss Lisa has been kind and helpful, and has always wanted me to enjoy whatever I have taken so long to decide on. 😂

“The server was prompt - esp with refills on beverages and offering more chips and terrific salsa while waiting for the meal. Prices are terrific for the hefty portions. The Mexican rice has onions and is spiced and the beans are also spiced. Absolutely terrific!!! I had the flautas which I love and these were the best I’ve had. My husband ordered chile rellnos and to his shock and delight there was a chile NOT buried in a ton of soggy breading. It was stellar!!! This place is the real deal and I’m hoping and praying everyone goes there and they make it!!! It is GREAT!!!! Our new goto truly Mexican dining place!!!! Welcome to Winter Haven Margarita’s!! Long may you be around our corner!!!“
