“My husband, Al, and I dined at the Chef's Table on Feb 19 2024 and celebrated my birthday. We ordered from the chef's tasting menu and could not have been more pleased. It was one of the best restaurant meals we have had in a very long time. You see I am a classically trained and award-winning chef in my own right so my standards are quite high and I am, more often than not, disappointed in restaurants, even fine dining establishments. Al started with the "Heartbreaker" Cocktail, which was excellent then he had the mushroom and chive crepe torte for an appetizer, exceptional and enough for 2 to share actually so we brought part of it back to the hotel and had it for lunch the next day. He then chose the Duck confit, also outstanding. For dessert he had the chocolate torte with the toasted marshmallow ice cream and caramel sauce, again, beyond delicious and the ice cream was the best thing i've had in my mouth in a long time. Al also did the wine pairing with his courses. I sampled each pairing and they were perfectly matched. I tried the Mr. Pink as an aperitif and loved every drop but the pink peppercorn's stole the show. Then I started with the foie gras. Every bite just brings you to your knees. This was the main reason we selected The Chef's Table to begin with because I had to have foie gras. I chose the filet for my entree and I must say it may have been one of the best filet's i've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly medium rare with a char that was to die for. I brought part of my filet back to the hotel to go with the torte for lunch the next day. Even warmed up it was delicious. For dessert I had the mission fig bread pudding, which had a fantastic texture and was the perfect level of sweetness. I paired the pecan pie martini with it and it was decadent and complimented the dessert perfectly. I did not opt for the wine pairing as a sip of two from Al's were enough for me. Our server, JJ, was attentive, funny, and generous with her time. The manager came by twice to chat with us. The atmosphere was romantic but not stuffy and we had a great view of the kitchen, which as a chef is simply theatre for me. Lastly, the prices were not stupid. This kind of tasting menu can easily run well over $100 pp without the wine pairing. I appreciate the fact that, while affordable, it was elegant and indulgent. “I've been going to this Culver's since it opened. Somewhere in between they seemed to have stopped making the food in the moment. But they're back! The last 4 times I've been there the food has been hot and the orders have been correct. I don't mind waiting a little extra for hot food. In addition, customer service has gone above and beyond. They are polite and cheerful. Whoever is in charge of hiring clearly cares about customer service. I hate when I feel like I'm a burden when I'm the customer.“

“We were seated promptly with our reservation. Although we had communication errors with the server, the manager was very accommodating to correct the mishap of the misleading food picture and menu description and the delivery of cold coffee. Although we love pets, please seat them outside or separately from a large party. It was difficult for everyone to hear the conversations above the barking. We would definitely give them another try for higher stars. Kudos to the manager present.“

“I adore Fresh Kitchen - the best restaurant I've found in the area to eat a gluten/dairy/meat free dinner that is also low in salt! That's because two of the managers know my restrictions and automatically put together a delicious bowl that I can safely eat (rice, chickpeas, kale, red pepper, almond slices, etc) - and it's delicious! Yesterday, I took my bowl home, added fresh sliced peaches and avocado, enough then to split into two meals. It was awesome.“

Everyone working there was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the "3 for me" Smash Burger. It was very very good cooked to perfection. My wife had the "3 for me" chicken sandwich. We came out with a bill under $25. Pretty good for two people. About the same as going to any fast food place and the food was much better. I recommend here over a fast food place.“

“Our server, Kim, extraordinarily accommodated our party of six.. We had 3 different arrival times. She returned to the table 4 times without complaint to take food orders. She refilled glasses without being asked and did all of this with a very kind and warm demeanor. Overall she anticipated every possible wish. “The staff at the Myrtle Beach location are the best!! They are always super friendly and inviting. The iced lattes are the best from any coffee shop I’ve ever had. All of the food looks amazing! I’ve only had the biscuits because I’ve been short on time when I stop in there and it’s kind of far from my house but they are delicious and whatever the jam or preservers it comes with is my new favorite. I wish I lived closer to it because it’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch.“

“It’s a good restaurant. Even when it is full, its maximum waiting time will be 15 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that they put us at a table for four people, but we were 4 adults and a 5-year-old child and it was uncomfortable to eat, I could barely move.“

“Came in last night with my dear friend for a simple lunch, our server Kasie was the sweetest and most kind individual I’ve had as a waitress. “Stopped in for lunch and we each got one of the $5.99 meals. I got the "Giant Fish Sandwich", which is two of the fried fish pieces on a bun and tartar sauce. Very filling and tasty! Next time I would add a piece of cheese. I will say, the fries are lacking at Capt. D's, probably my least favorite fast food fries. I'd rather have had hushpuppies instead. I also got a side of 5 fried shrimp for $1.99. Hard to beat this deal. My sandwich was so big I didn't really need the shrimp but it's hard to say no at that price. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean.“
