“My husband, Al, and I dined at the Chef's Table on Feb 19 2024 and celebrated my birthday. We ordered from the chef's tasting menu and could not have been more pleased. It was one of the best restaurant meals we have had in a very long time. You see I am a classically trained and award-winning chef in my own right so my standards are quite high and I am, more often than not, disappointed in restaurants, even fine dining establishments. Al started with the "Heartbreaker" Cocktail, which was excellent then he had the mushroom and chive crepe torte for an appetizer, exceptional and enough for 2 to share actually so we brought part of it back to the hotel and had it for lunch the next day. He then chose the Duck confit, also outstanding. For dessert he had the chocolate torte with the toasted marshmallow ice cream and caramel sauce, again, beyond delicious and the ice cream was the best thing i've had in my mouth in a long time. Al also did the wine pairing with his courses. I sampled each pairing and they were perfectly matched. I tried the Mr. Pink as an aperitif and loved every drop but the pink peppercorn's stole the show. Then I started with the foie gras. Every bite just brings you to your knees. This was the main reason we selected The Chef's Table to begin with because I had to have foie gras. I chose the filet for my entree and I must say it may have been one of the best filet's i've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly medium rare with a char that was to die for. I brought part of my filet back to the hotel to go with the torte for lunch the next day. Even warmed up it was delicious. For dessert I had the mission fig bread pudding, which had a fantastic texture and was the perfect level of sweetness. I paired the pecan pie martini with it and it was decadent and complimented the dessert perfectly. I did not opt for the wine pairing as a sip of two from Al's were enough for me. Our server, JJ, was attentive, funny, and generous with her time. The manager came by twice to chat with us. The atmosphere was romantic but not stuffy and we had a great view of the kitchen, which as a chef is simply theatre for me. Lastly, the prices were not stupid. This kind of tasting menu can easily run well over $100 pp without the wine pairing. I appreciate the fact that, while affordable, it was elegant and indulgent. “I went to this location on Friday and it was an amazing experience, the food was actually good and fresh. There was a bit of a wait time but it was worth it The employees were welcoming and had smiles on their faces, even though they were playing at the register in groups of huddle I can tell they are teenagers and are just having fun. The dinning room was packed so we decided to sit at the patio. There was a manager by the name of Cici, she delivered our food and mentioned the survey but I lost my ticket and wasn’t able to leave a review for my free scoop. I must say I’ve been to plenty of resturaunts, and Cici was so delightful. Her smile was contagious, I watched her attend guest in the dinning room, she was personable, and hospitable. You usually don’t see managers in fast food resturaunts interacting with guests. She came back to check on us and took our trays. It was amazing service! I hope it’s like this every time we come in. I know this is not the same as a survey on the receipt, I would still like to receive my free scoop. If not that is ok I will be returning back to get a meal, fill the survey, and get my free scoop! I just wanted to tell you guys thank you for an amazing experience.“

“These reviewers need to get over themselves. The food and drinks are decent with high prices and built in gratuity. We got the Longboard burger, Asian salad, kids hot dogs and some drink buckets and everyone liked the food.

The food was passable and service was good. Take the reviews with a grain of salt and accept you will get an ok/decent lunch with resort prices.“

“BurgerFi has always been one of those spots I genuinely enjoy but don’t always find myself near. That’s what makes this location inside Plant Street Market such a great find.

Tucked into all the hustle and bustle, it almost feels like a hidden option among the noise. And interestingly, the pricing here feels more reasonable than some other locations, which makes it an even easier choice.

Now, full transparency... I used to run a food channel, and the team here actually recognized me, which made the experience fun and personal. That said, this isn’t a biased review. I paid for my food, waited in line like everyone else, and had the same experience any customer would.

And the truth is: I really enjoy the burgers here.

The quality is noticeably above traditional fast food... clean, flavorful, and not overly heavy. The portions are balanced, not oversized, which I personally appreciate. You leave satisfied, not weighed down, and still fully capable of walking around and enjoying the rest of the area.

Another underrated perk: they serve beer, and it’s actually cheaper here than at other spots inside the market, which is a nice bonus if you’re trying to keep things reasonable.“

“I adore Fresh Kitchen - the best restaurant I've found in the area to eat a gluten/dairy/meat free dinner that is also low in salt! That's because two of the managers know my restrictions and automatically put together a delicious bowl that I can safely eat (rice, chickpeas, kale, red pepper, almond slices, etc) - and it's delicious! Yesterday, I took my bowl home, added fresh sliced peaches and avocado, enough then to split into two meals. It was awesome.“

“It was a typical Longhorn Steakhouse. Very noisy, a lot of people running around. Food was good; the small mini lobster we had was incredible. Inflation certainly has taken effect, as the prices were higher than I remember them being the last time we were there. Our server was very nice, enjoyable, and quite funny.
