“Ordered Bolay for lunch through the app and was so excited to find a free Bol coupon in my rewards! Ordering was super simple and straightforward and the ready time was super fast, under 15 minutes! Since this was during the workday, I needed to be able to get there and back with my food quickly to fit into my 30 minute lunch break! I was thrilled when I walked in and my order was all ready, packaged with napkins and my silverware and still warm! It was delicious too! Great option for a healthy and fast meal!“

I was visiting family in Orlando and my sisters said they were dying to try this place.

It looked liked one of those uppity places with bad service.

I was wrong, this place is so chill. The staff were so friendly. My sisters and I switched tables three times and the they were cool with it.

Our waitress has either friend the whole or just know customers very well because she ordered for all of us and everyone was happy with their order.

My only complaint was that my sister only let me eat a little of her soup!😂

If you are thinking of trying this place please do! You won’t be disappointed. Unless you go with someone that doesn’t like to share.“

“The two times I went to BurgerFi on my trip to Florida was an amazing experience! It was the best burger place ever! The service was amazing and very friendly! I got the yes chef burger, and those caramelized onions were the best coming off an eight hour flight and eat. Their sauce was delicious. Best sauce I’ve ever had. I then got the Oreo shake and I must say that was the best Oreo shake I’ve ever had; nice and creamy with Oreos and sprinkles was very good. “My friend and I are visiting from Miami and this was the only spot around that didn’t close by 10pm. We tried 2 other places before this one but they were super dead. Even though it was already pretty late, this place actually had some life to it. Good vibes all around. The bartender Jose is literally an angel. He was so sweet and friendly, never once forgot my name (love that), and his customer service was on point. Some random dude started bothering my friend and I, and Jose immediately came over to make sure we were okay. He even kept an eye on our drinks when we went to the bathroom. First time ever meeting him and he made us feel so safe and taken care of. The place was clean, chill, and just a good vibe overall… but honestly we’re going back just for Jose!! We love you!“

“Been sick as a dog and a friend sent me a DoorDash care package of both the chicken noodle and the tomato soups. To say it feed my soul is an understatement! So fresh tasting, I just had the tomato and it was incredible! It was not cooked or marinated with the sauce. Our server said he would report, but we didn’t hear back. The bill was high, next time I’ll insist on return. That probably won’t be for a long time.“

The only down side was that as two couples the bill came as one we offered over to cards to pay the bill as a split on return the server presented two bills for both wife’s to add the tip. This was still set at three choice amounts we chose the 20%. And both wives added that. After leaving realizing it was still 20% of total amount this means we have tipped at 40% of the bill alike annoying that the tip amount hadn’t altered when bill was split. Apart from that we will return“

“Before people fall over with a five star review. True this place the employees don’t wear black and white outfits with a bow tie. The wine person was off duty this day. Now the real review. First, getting a double cheeseburger with fries only $5.99. The cheeseburger was cooked exceptionally then added was large slice of tomato, lettuce, onion and American cheese. One great deal ! The fries made the news for the healthy way the fries are cooked. Order a milk shake it was excellent also. Finally the human touch the person at the front counter did an excellent job. Last question would I return? The answer is yes!“
