food was great. but I was disappointed that I got my food 15 minutes after the rest of my table due to the chef making the wrong item.
Stopped by with my son while in town for a swim meet and after visiting UCF. We split the PPP burger and the chicken and waffle. We need a place like this back home. Both were great! There were multiple things I wanted to try. Would recommend.

The Hen & Hog in Winter Park is a cute little spot with an easy-going atmosphere. The owner is hands on, friendly, and helpful, telling funny jokes. The food is absolutely amazing, with the best smash burger ever. The menu looks like southern fare, but it is well thought out and intricate. The food comes out delicious, hot, and fresh. The service and customer experience stand out, with staff going above and beyond, treating kids like kings and guests like family. The music is very good. It is a casual eatery, but with elevated food. Everything looked and smelled great. This place is as authentic as it comes, and you can feel the love. Highly recommended for a next food outing.
