“Great food and great experience. We ordered sirloin steak on the rock which is essentially a steak lightly seared before they serve it and then you cook it to your liking on a hot rock plate. Their steak sauce is worth the mention. The salad with their ginger dressing is highly recommended. We also ordered their salmon poke bowl which was fresh and flavourful. Lastly, we had their sushi lunch special (california roll and crispy roll) which had big serving but we enjoyed their steak, salad and poke bowl more. Our server was very nice and friendly!“
“The best BBQ in town! The pulled pork is tender and juicy. The brisket is awesome. And the sides (Gouda mac & cheese, Brussel sprouts w/bacon, sweet rolls) are so yummy. “I love divey kind of bars. I love to see a band, play pool and friendly bartenders are a must. I stopped into this bar prior to going to emerald cut Park and although I wasn't able to see a band, they had a great stage in the back outside that looked like it would be just an incredible place to see a show. And unfortunately the day I was leaving to come back home to New York they had a classic rock/ Southern rock band. Wish I could have stayed an extra day. So next time I go to Florida that's a for sure place. I'm going to stop at and spend a day or two“

“I had a fish sandwich there yesterday and it was great! It was three times the size of McDonalds fish sandwich. The bun was a little too soft but didn't take away from the freshness or flavor. The fish was a large chunk of soft white fish. It was simply great. I'll be going back there again. The cost was a little over $11.00 for the fish sandwich, fries and a drink, so it was more expensive than both McDonalds and Arby's for two sandwiches. It was larger and more filling and I only needed one sandwich though. Great!“
“A group of closed friends(10) recently dined to celebrate a birthday this last Sunday.I ended up sending the hash brown potatoes back for being too salty.Our waiter Samantha was very gracious in taking care of it.I ended up substituting for grits later I noticed that I was going to be charged extra for it.Overall the atmosphere was excellent the wait times continue to be long and for the many times that I have been there the food preparation remains inconsistent at best.Samantha was accommodating and professional. “This morning our family went to IHOP in Apopka FL. and our waitress Candice was awesome. The best waitress we have ever had there. Kind, attentive, smiling, and arranged a happy birthday song w.ice cream for my father in law. He loved it, we were all thankful. We tipped her very well, she deserved it.“
“Very clean, very popular place. Service was great. Asked for eggs over medium and hot runny whites, which I don't care for. Companion asked for same and got one overcooked yolk. Had to ask for music to be turned down. Was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation. Small parking lot. Would recommend parking next door behind Dunkin Donuts.“
“My husband and I both had the Big Country Burger, we were in there mid afternoon *after 1 pm* and it was Fantastic! had to take 1/2 of it home it was Huge. The Tots and Fries were also so fresh and crispy! Our waitress Ally was wonderful. We'll be back.“
“Wow. I had to make a midnight run up to the CVS in Apopka, battling a cold, & saw that the 24 hour Denny's was open. Went in, was super impressed with the atmosphere. Ordered a veggie omelet, substituted hash browns for the toast. Could not believe how huge the portions were when the waiter brought it to my table. Not to mention Zen, who was there, was very very considerate & attentive & probably recognized that I was not feeling well. He even brought me extra napkins. I would definitely recommend this Denny's if you are up late & need a good meal!“
“The food was excellent. Our server wasn’t that great . The napkins she gave us fell on the floor as she walked away since she didn’t properly place them on the table. She didn’t bother to offer us water. The two other waitresses who took our dishes away were nice.“
“Our waitress Korina F was amazing to start. We ordered the Nachos and I've never tasted anything better. The rest of the food and drinks were great too, but those nachos!!! WOW! The outside atmosphere was so awesome. Korina came our often and made sure we were okay. I'll definitely be back!“
“Chani & the manager Vanita gave us superb service. Such pleasant ladies. Left with a full belly & a smile. Up until 2 years ago we had been coming here regularly for decades but time & time again we had to wait so long for our meal it caused us to be late for whatever we had planned afterwards. We never experienced this wait time at other Perkins either. The excuse given was they only had 1 chef. So we stopped coming. Finally, we decided to give this Apopka Perkins another chance and we we're pleasantly surprised with quality of food & service.“
“Let me start with saying I'm a bit particular. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, sauce on the side, fries crispy. Morgan took our order with a smile, provided some ketchup and a receipt, all with a smile. My meal came out with sauce on the side and fries crispy! NAILED IT!!! Also, while we were eating Morgan never stopped. She cleaned chairs from legs to rails and counters and the service area. This is just some really good chicken with really good people in a clean environment.“
“Great place. During the week the restaurant is really creative with events for entertainment. Bingo, poker, and trivia are all a good time. Employees are very friendly. Been multiple times and each time been great. Shout out to DJ for trivia- we hadn’t been before and he was very friendly and made you feel like you were a regular.“
