This "was' my favorite chicken tenders restaurant. The pieces are smaller and held in a warming drawer. Corporate changed chicken vendors and the new product sucks. I have ordered salads and sandwiches 2 weeks in a row. Made Wrong, smaller quantities, and food is cold. I'm switching to PDQ for awhile. Cooked to order, hot and juicy.
Food is good - that is why we eat there. Customer service is poor. My husband orders double fries as he does not like coleslaw. When our food arrives our fries are the same portions. We ask about the extra fries- their comment is - you get what you get. No apology- nothing. This has happened twice. Never again will we go to this store. Too many options out there. Sorry!
