From placing the order to pickup, it was easy peasy lemon squeezy! :-) Sadly, I didn't get the staff names but all 3 were wonderful tonight (11/10/2021 @ approx 7:15p). Super friendly, courteous & had such great camaraderie that you can tell they were enjoying working together! Management got things right with that crew! AND the sandwich was delicious as always (enjoying it right now actually!) Thank you very much for everything y'all!
Tony, Kory, and Jacob were so kind, polite, and were above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. My sandwich was made perfectly, everything was fresh, but most importantly they made my family and I, tourists from Chicago, feel welcomed, important, and totally blessed our day. The best experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s hands down.
