Let’s just say I’m writing this review while still enjoying my food with my family. It’s my son’s 5th birthday and we came to our favorite ihop to enjoy a good delicious breakfast. Now I know why they are my favorite because it’s the small things. I mentioned it was his birthday because I took pictures of him eating his cupcake pankcake. I am sorry for other peoples experiences.From start to finish our experience was excellent.Glad we left Perkins, across the street. They even sang Happy Birthday to her and gave her an ice cream!!!Awesome Thank you so much Cynthia (our waitress ) Deb and the whole staff for being so friendly and positive , polite and Customer Service Exceeded our expectations!!Everyone here is Great!!!Thank you

I tried something different, country fried steak combo. It was flavorful and the value was great because it came with eggs, hashbrowns and two pancakes.Everything was prepared as expected in the consistent IHOP fashion.But the sirloin tips will always be my fave.
